Configure or Register the local/central SLD

new/changed Options with Java 7.30

The option configure a local SLD is not available anymore with Installation. The local SLD will be configured now after the Installation in the new EDEN configuration

Please choose No SLD destination, if you want to have a local SLD

If another Java Instance is already running on this server with a local SLD configured, you will

not be prompted anymore for the SLD options.
