The Palm Beach Regional Center (“PBRC”) – a USCIS approved and federally designated Regional Center, was established in September 2008 and has a geographic territory which includes all of South Florida, which is one of the most important economic areas in all of the United States.

The Florida Restaurant Franchise Group (FRFG) Group VIII offering is the 6th project to be offered through the Palm Beach Regional Center. The current Twin Peaks Restaurant project is being developed in the largest metropolitan area in the State of Florida, with a proven high demand for new restaurant locations. The current project will develop ten (10) restaurant locations in the largest Metropolitan area in Florida. All ten locations of Twin Peaks restaurants have been certified as being located in a “TEA” zone, therefore qualifying for the $500,000 investment requirement. The EB-5 investment will be made in the form of a loan from the EB-5 Limited Partnership to the new business entity; the ninety-five (95) EB-5 Applicants will be the Limited Partners (LP) and the General Partner is an unrelated third party. The General Partner is responsible to act in the best interests of the Limited Partners and provides oversight of the Borrower and Operator. This project is not dependent on the EB-5 financing to construct the locations. The restaurant developer is pre-funding all development costs to deliver an “on time” opening of the restaurant locations and will manage all daily business operations.
