The fete is only 4 days away and it is shaping up to be an amazing event. We have had so many wonderful volunteers working tirelessly for this day. We hope for beautiful sunshine and loads of smiles and cheer. We would like to gratefully acknowledge the Milton Ulladulla Rotary Club, the Lions Club and the Town Band, who are donating their time to provide us with the Jumping Castle, Merry Go Round and fabulous entertainment. We have attached a map to this newsletter, so you don’t miss any of our great stalls, including our fabulous class stalls. Bring your family, friends, neighbours or even your mother’s groups for what will be a very exciting and successful day. Remember, every cent we raise, goes straight back to your children. VOLUNTEERS—STILL REQUIRED First and foremost….a huge THANK YOU to those who have generously given up their time to help on a stall. A list of volunteers is attached, so you know where and when you need to be at your stall. Unfortunately, if we don’t get enough volunteers, some stalls may need to be cancelled. If you are able to help at our school fete, please contact Anita Barry on: 0403 811 754 or via email: [email protected] . We will need people to help set up PRIOR to the fete (9:00am - 11:00am) and during the fete (11:00am – 2:00pm). Your support will be greatly appreciated! CAKE STALL Every year, we have delicious donations of cup cakes, large whole cakes, slices, biscuits, yummy treats and muffins for our ever famous cake stall. Get baking and bring them to the top COLA as early as 9am, or before 11am please! You can price your items yourself or simply bring them along and we will be happy to price it for you. PLANTS All donations for this stall should be delivered to the stall from 9am (located in the top quad area near the bus shelter). You can also bring them in Thursday afternoon if you need to and leave them at the office. You can price your items or we will be happy to price them for you.
