remaining four games to contend for one of the league’s eight playoff spots. This week’s opponent, Celtics Crossover is just over .500 while Pacers Gaming is just below the .500 mark. Both teams know what’s at stake Friday night. Winning is the only option.

LAST WEEK: Pacers Gaming split a twinbill last Saturday, losing its first

game, 69-66 to the Magic before coming back in an impressive 76-60 victory over Jazz Gaming. Pacers Gaming saw ALL 5 players score in double figures in the loss to the Magic. Shockey made his league debut in the 2nd game and helped spark PG to the win with 19 PTS & 8 REB. Swizurk had a career-high 24 PTS as the team matched its highest point total of the campaign. Pacers Gaming outscored the Jazz 62-45 over last three Qs, including 38-25 in the second half.

TIP-OFF TOURNAMENT (May 4-5) – Pacers Gaming began its NBA 2K League history with a 70-61 loss to Celtics Crossover Gaming in the Tip-Off Tournament in NYC. Boston led by 1 after the first quarter and PG led by 1 at halftime. But Boston outscored PG 40-30 in the second half to get the win. PG was led by WoLF 74 and TuckerLocksUp as each scored 16 points. Swizurk added 13 in the losing effort. Pacers Gaming then rattled off three straight wins to secure a spot to move on to action the next day. WoLF exploded for 28 tallies and TuckerLocksUp (12 pts./9 reb.) was solid in a 57-50 win over Mavs Gaming for the franchise’s first official win. Then PG handily beat Heat Check Gaming 66-49 as WoLF had 20, Swizurk 16, vGooner 14 and TuckerLocksUp (10/9). The third win in a row came when PG beat Grizz Gaming 69-45 as WoLF scored 30, vGooner 16 and TuckerLocksUp 10. Pacers Gaming’s run in the tournament ended in a 66-46 loss to Blazer Gaming. WoLF had 19 and vGooner contributed 13 in the effort as Pacers Gaming finished the season-opening Tip Off Tournament with a 3-2 mark.

GRIZZ GAMING (May 11, 64-57 loss) – Pacers Gaming lost 64-57 to Grizz Gaming in its regular-season opener. Swizurk led PG with 21 points and 14 rebounds. TuckerLocksUp added 14 points and Gooner added 13 points and 8 assists. The game was close throughout the contest – PG led by 1 point after the first quarter and trailed 33-27 at the half before rallying to pull within two after three periods.

WIZARDS DISTRICT GAMING (May 18, 63-62 loss) – In the closest game in their young history, Pacers Gaming lost a heart-breaker to Wizards District Gaming 63-62. After trailing by four after 1 quarter, Pacers Gaming took a three-point lead at intermission. The lead was only one going into the final stanza. PG was led by Wolf with 17 points and 11 assists, TuckerLocksUp with 23 points and Swizurk with 10 points and eight rebounds.

CAVS LEGION GC (May 25, 61-49 loss) – Pacers Gaming lost its third straight regular-season game to Cavs Legion GC, getting outscored 15-9 in the first quarter and 19-8 in the final quarter. Wolf led PG with 26 points while TuckerLocksUp added 18. Swizurk and Gooner were held to a combined two points.

HEAT CHECK GAMING (June 1, 65-52 loss) – Pacers Gaming fell into a deep, first-quarter hole, trailing by 10 after the first stanza, and could never recover in a 65-52 loss to Heat Check Gaming. Wolf once again led PG with 17 points and seven rebounds. Gooner had a nice game for the Blue & Gold with 15 points and six assists. Swizurk contributed 10 points.

MID-SEASON TOURNAMENT (June 8-9) – Pacers Gaming was hoping open for a long run in the mid-season “The Turn” Tournament but unfortunately the team did not do as well as it had in the league’s preseason event. PG lost its first game and was eliminated, 71-57 to Raptors Uprising. Pacers Gaming was led by FrostyTheTruth (22/8/5) and Swizurk (17) who combined for 49 points and 10 rebounds. Wolf added 10 tallies.

KNICKS GAMING (June 16, 67-63 win) - Pacers Gaming won its first regular-season contest with a 67-63 thrilling, come-from-behind victory over Knicks Gaming. Coach Cody Parrent switched players around and the changes paid off. Wolf, usually a forward, was brilliant at PG with 16 points and 14 assists. TuckerLocksUp, normally a center, moved to forward and responded with a career-high in points (33) and rebounds (10). FrostyTheTruth took over in the pivot and delivered a double-double with 10 points and 11 rebounds.

PISTONS GT (June 23, 69-63 win) – For the 2nd straight game, Pacers Gaming went with the new lineup. For the 2nd straight game, PG held its opponent to 63 points. And, for the 2nd straight game Pacers Gaming WON! PG captured its 2nd straight regular season victory as FrostyTheTruth almost had a triple double with 13 PTS, 9 REB & 8 ASSTS. TuckerLocksUp went for 21 PTS and 5 REB and 4 ASSTS while PG WoLF 74 had 16 PTS and 10 ASSTS.

BUCKS GAMING (June 30, 76-63 win) Pacers Gaming set a team-record for points scored & won its third straight with a 76-63 win over Bucks Gaming. It marked three games in a row the PG defense held the opponent to exactly 63 points. TuckerLocksUp (23 PTS, 10 REB) and WoLF 74 (20 PTS, 16 ASSTS) had double-doubles for the Blue and Gold. Swizurk added 15 points on 7/11 shooting and FrostyTheTruth chipped in with 10 points, 3 REB and 3 steals.

76ERS GC (July 7, 73-69 OT loss) Pacers Gaming led after each of the first 3 quarters but 76ers GC outscored PG 20-14 in the 4th to force OT and produce a 73-69 come-from-behind win and snap Pacers Gaming’s three-game winning streak. WoLF 74 had 15 points and a seson-high 16 assists while TuckerLocksUp added 27 tallies and 9 REB on 13-16 shooting from the field. vGooner had 14 PTS and FrostyTheTruth had 10 points and 6 REB.

MAVS GAMING (July 13, 67-61 loss) Pacers Gaming saw the Mavs come back to win and eliminate PG in its first game of The Ticket tournament in NYC. The Mavs outscored PG 21-10 in the 4th Q. Frosty had his 2nd double-double of the season with 17 PTS & 11 REB. Tucker Locks Up had this 3rd double-double of the last 5 weeks with 10 PTS & 10 REB. WoLF added 7 PTS and 15 ASSTS. vGooner chipped in with 14 PTS and Swizurk had 13 tallies.

MAGIC GAMING (July 21, 69-66 loss) Pacers Gaming fell behind early, were down by 7 at half, battled back to tie after three Qs (53-53) but lost close one. All five PG players were in double figures led by WoLF with 17, vGooner with 15 and Swizurk with 14. TuckerLocksUp had 10 PTS and 16 REB.

JAZZ (July 21, 76-60 win) Pacers Gaming outscored the Jazz 62-45 over last three Qs, including 38-25 in 2nd half to get impressive win, tying the team record for points scored in the 76-60 victory. Shockey, seeing his first action of the season, had 19 PTS & 8 REB in his league debut. Swizurk had a career-high 24 tallies and WoLF produced 13 PTS & 16 ASSTS. FrostyTheTruth pulled down 13 REB to go along with nine PTS.
