Notice is hereby given that the City of An-gleton Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 12:00 noon on Thursday, August 6, 2020 and the City Coun-cil will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 11, 2020. Both meetings will be held at Angleton City Hall in the City Council Chambers, at 120 S. Chenango Street, Angleton, Texas 77515. At the public hearings the commission and council will receive comments for and against a request by Charles Von Schmidt to rezone 19.8 acres from Zoning Ordi-nance Section 28-46, SF-6.3 Single Family Residential 6.3 to Zoning Ordinance 28-62 PD-Planned Development Overlay District 2 in order to construct a single family resi-dential neighborhood called Kiber Reserve consisting of approximately 93 lots of vary-ing dimensions. The site is located south of East Orange, north of East Kiber and west of South Downing Road. The meeting agendas and agenda packets will be posted online at www.angleton.tx.us. The public will be permitted to offer public comments on each agenda item by register-ing prior to the meeting.
