Fundraiser for the senior trip!
West is hosting a Paint With Friends party on December 6th at 4:30 in
the WJHS Cafeteria. There are a variety of door hangers available, as
well as customizable Christmas tree ornaments. The ornaments can
be ordered even if you aren't able to come to the paint party. I've
attached pictures to show you the different cute options available. If
you're interested, please let me know. We're asking for a deposit of
$10 to secure your place and your hanger/ornament, and that money
goes toward your total.

Rodgers & Hammerstein's "Cinderella" Auditions
EJHS Auditorium
Please prepare 32-bars of a Musical Theatre song. Try to find a piece
that shows off your range & allows acting opportunities. An
accompanist will be provided. You must bring sheet music, & you are
encouraged to have your music in a binder with proper
markings. (Feel free to ask Ms. Carlstedt or Mr. Walker for help with
preparing your binder.)
You will also be asked to do cold reads. No monologues will be
required for this audition. Headshots & resumes are recommended but
not required.
You must attend one of the two vocal/acting audition days, &
EVERYONE must attend the choreography audition in order to be
considered for a role. If this will be a problem, you MUST contact Ms.
Carlstedt ahead of time. (Please wear clothing in which you can
move.)

Underclassmen: wonder if buying a yearbook is worth it? This year it’s
definitely worth purchasing. The yearbook staff goal is to have every
student at EJHS covered in the yearbook @ least twice, & all aspects
of the school will be covered equally. Clubs, academics, sports,
etc…there will be increased focus on student life, featured stories.
