CARRY-IN ITEMS/ENTRY SEARCHA search process will be in effect at the entry gates of the stadium. Guests who refuse to submit to either visual or pat-down searches will be refused entry to the event. Prohibited items include bottles, cans, umbrellas, coolers, large bags/backpacks and skateboards.

There are no provisions to check items at the gates in the stadium. Fans will be asked to either take prohibited items back to their cars if they have not entered the stadium or dispose of prohibited items at the entrance of the stadium.

CLEAR BAG POLICYTo provide a safer environment for the public and expedite guest entry into the stadium, Exploria Stadium policy limits and restricts the size and type of bags that are permitted into the stadium during Exploria Stadium events and any other in-stadium public event.

Guests are encouraged not to bring any bags, however, the following will be permitted:

• One clear bag no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” OR a one-gallon clear freezer bag (Ziploc or similar).

• Guests may carry a small clutch bag or purse no larger than 6.5” x 6.5”, with or without a strap.

• Each ticket holder, including children, may carry an approved clear bag and a clutch purse.

• Diapers and wipes may be carried in a clear bag. However, diaper bags are not permitted.

• Additional clothing, blankets, etc. are permitted if carried loosely or in an approved clear bag.

• Blankets should be carried over the shoulder to be screened more quickly.

• Small cameras, binoculars and cell phones may be carried in loosely or in an approved clear bag.

There are no provisions to check items at the gates. Guests will be asked to either take prohibited items back to their car or dispose of prohibited items at the gate. The Exploria Stadium and its affiliates are not responsible for items left behind, lost, stolen, or damaged.

PROHIBITED ITEMSTo ensure the safest environment possible, the Exploria Stadium and Orlando Sports Foundation prohibit the following items from being brought into the Cure Bowl:

All clear bags and clutches are subject to inspection upon entering the venue. Medical and infant exceptions will be made as necessary.

STADIUM POLICIESTICKETING/GAME POLICIESADA ACCESSIBLE SEATING Wheelchair and companion seating is available upon request from the bowl box office. Platforms and stadium rows are reserved for spectators who require ADA accessible seating. Up to three (3) attendees may sit in the designated areas with a person who requires ADA accessible seating. A reserved ticket is required for these areas. Space and quantities are limited.

ALCOHOLAlcoholic beverages are sold in the stadium through the end of the third quarter. Proper age identification will be required. No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted through the gates.

FIRST AIDFirst Aid responders are available to assist any guest with medical needs. There are two first aid rooms located inside of the facility, First Aid is located on the lower sections - Section 2 and Section 21. Guests may also contact the nearest stadium staff for assistance or directions to First Aid.

LOST AND FOUNDAll Lost and Found items are turned into the Guest Service Center located at Section 1 on the concourse. Guests may inquire about items at any time during an event and have their item and contact information logged for easier retrieval when found. After an event, guests may call the Lost and Found Hotline at (855)ORL-CITY or email [email protected] with name, contact information and description of lost item. All found items are held for 30 days.

LOST TICKETSThe bowl reserves the right to handle lost/stolen tickets at its discretion. If the school can produce documentation verifying the identity and seat location of whom the seat was sold, the bowl may be able to issue a replacement seat pass. Replacement slips cannot be guaranteed and will be treated on a case by case basis.

NO RE-ENTRYOnce admitted into Exploria Stadium, patrons may NOT leave and re-enter the stadium.

GAMEDAY PARKINGPARKING LOTS OPEN AT 9:30 A.M. Please plan to arrive at the stadium two hours or more before game time as the traffic in and around the Exploria Stadium will become congested. Carpooling is encouraged to minimize traffic and parking congestion; parking will likely sell out in advance.

GENERAL PUBLIC PARKING On gameday, lots around the stadium and throughout downtown Orlando are manned. Lots closest to the stadium are reserved for permit parking, recreational vehicles, chartered buses and disabled parking. Public parking is available pre-sold through ParkWhiz.com by searching ‘2019 Cure Bowl’.

ADA PARKINGAccessible Parking is available in the Orange Lot on a first-come, first-served basis. A hanging placard or accessible license plate is required to gain access to this accessible parking lot.

TAILGATING POLICYNO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED IN CITY OF ORLANDO PARKING GARAGES OR SURFACE PARKING LOTS. Parking spaces are for vehicles only. Reserving or blocking parking spaces off is not permitted.

Tailgating items (chairs, tables, tents, etc.) must be confined to the small area in front of or behind your vehicle. Guests who overflow into any additional parking spaces to tailgate will be asked to clear out those spaces.

All glass containers or bottles and open fires are prohibited. Grilling is not permitted in garages.

ENTRY TO STADIUMSTADIUM ENTRY & GATESFor direct and efficient access to your seats, fans should enter the stadium through the gate indicated on the mobile ticket. All gates open one hour prior to game time (1:30 p.m.).
