MUSIC AND HUMANITY
Romantic souls tend to believe that true love never dies. “Though lovers
be lost, love shall not” – Dylan Thomas wrote in one of his most
loveable poems. Music awakens humanity in humankind. It lifts man to
higher levels of mutual understanding and helps bind people together. It
stimulates the senses and makes us more sensible and sensitive. Simply
put, music makes us better persons.
Vladimir Jankélévitch, a French philosopher – who was also a fairly
talented pianist – wrote a great deal about music. He wrote books about
Fauré, Ravel, about the expressiveness and morality of music. He held
the view that music is a duo of hearts and that it leads to the
“disarmament of the hearts” of those who listen and are listened to.
Jankélévitch also believed that people rarely live their lives to the fullest.
Very often we just slumber through life and fall prey to l’ennui:
existential boredom. We are not concerned with how best to spend our
time, but with how we can let time go by. And yet there are also
moments and ways in which we are awakened from the slumber of every
day life. Moments that break the banality of being. They are intense and
“adventurous” moments that open our hearts and challenge our minds to
such an extent that we can no longer have the luxury to be bored and feel
as if a deeper meaning in life is lacking. Love is such an adventure. And
so is music.

Now let me tell you why I am calling this segment fencing. It is because
I am now fencing with the Banking Cartel on behalf of the Board of
Governors of the World Bank, who have authorized me to speak on their

behalf, and on behalf of the rest of humanity. The bread-and-butter
move of fencers is the "parry riposte". That uses the weakness of your
opponent to best advantage, because it is impossible to attack and defend
at the same time. When your opponent lunges, you catch them off guard
and score from the other side. A good fencer knows their opponent's
weaknesses and exploits them. I, along with the rest of the Coalition for
the Rule of Law, have been fencing with the Banking Cartel, and we are
using the Banking Cartel's moves to score against them. I will give you
three examples.

There is alot going on right now. I said that humanity, which is now uniting in a coalition for the rule of law, is stronger than the Banking Cartel. I also started planning for the Global Currency Reset and said that we were going to take stock after this statement.
Not everybody knows what is really going on. Most people still believe the lies of the Banking Cartel. The point is that a critical mass of

Many agents of the Cabal know about the critical mass of humanity that is aware. The Banking Cartel is pulling out all the stops now to try and derail the Global Currency Reset. They are not derailing us, and people are starting to wonder what we know that the gloom and doom agents do not. More of us are starting to realize that the Global Currency Reset is real, and the predictions of gloom and doom are not. In other words, things are coming to a head. The Banking Cartel is obviously trying to discredit me. This segment is called "fencing" because I am simply parrying the Banking Cartel.
Last week I started answering your questions about how humanity is going to accomplish the Global Currency Reset. In the pre-taped segment I am going to answer more of your questions. For the rest of this segment I am going to be parrying the attempts of the Banking Cartel to convince you that there is no Global Currency Reset. The reality is that there is a Global Currency Reset, and so I am able to document all of my answers. You will learn that we have actually been in the Global Currency Reset since the beginning of December, and in that time many people have been convincing others that the Banking Cartel is losing, and we, humanity, are cutting off the Banking Cartel from interest on bogus country debt, and preparing for the exchange of the Banking Cartel's fake paper money for money that is minted from the World's monetary gold reserves, and for local currencies issued by villages and towns, and then winding down the Banking Cartel.

Thanks, Donald for this. I agree that the banking cartel has no moves left. As for what
we will implement in place of the banking cartel -- I think the countries of the world are
going to implement a simple, effective transition to gold as a holding pattern, and then
each nation (and indeed each local area) can decide what it wants to do. Then it will be
possible for local areas to introduce their own local currencies. Silvio Gesell, a German
economist who lived in Argentina proposed this. We can certainly transition to any
number of exciting possibilities, but we will also have to work hard to prevent any
backsliding.

Why believe the Banking Cartel's lies? Most people understand that the Banking Cartel
and the journalists are only reporting fake news. I already told you that a critical mass
understands that the Banking Cartel is simply lying and that reality is very different. At
the end of this post is a statement that enough people believe (including the Russian and
US militaries).
The Banking Cartel is trying (unsuccessfully) to distract you from the Global Currency
Reset. The Banking Cartel's money supply depends on our using their fake currencies.
This is no longer going to continue for them.

Per our conversation, here is some information concerning the Sarbanes Oxley
scandal at the World Bank. I would like to take you up on your kind offer of help
in exposing this scandal to the public. I am attaching a copy of my email I sent a
month ago to the Wall Street Journal, but WSJ did not correct their misleading
story about the Volcker Panel's report.
In 2005 the Dutch Government asked the Audit Committee to end a campaign
of retaliation against me for reporting to the Executive Board about an inaccurate
evaluation on a failed Banking Sector project in the Philippines.
I am attaching a chronology of the scandal. Senator Lugar and the Senate Foreign
Relations Committee have written three letters to the World Bank on my behalf,
asking for an end to the ongoing cover-up. I also met with Chris Armstrong in
Senate Finance, Jayme Roth in Senator Bayh's office, and Nicole Willet in
Senator Clinton's office. The Senate is asking GAO to investigate the World
Bank in this year's appropriations legislation, and requiring an independent audit
of the World Bank's internal controls.
"The Audit Committee referred my case to the Bank's Institutional
Integrity Department (INT). INT, which reports to the President of the World
Bank, is used to intimidate staff. Paul Volcker ignored INT's sinister role and
simply recommended that whistleblower retaliation cases should be removed
from INT's mandate.
I met with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Dutch Government on
September 24, 2007. The Dutch are not happy with the Volcker Report and the
ongoing cover-up. Moreover , the current and previous Dutch Executive
Directors, Herman Wijffels and Ad Melkert, disclosed that 'third parties'
attempted to intimidate them and other members of the World Bank's Board
through shocking invasions of their private lives. I attach a translation
of these stories. If the US violated the safe-conduct normally accorded to
diplomats, it would be a great breach of honor. Article VII, Section 8 of the
World Bank's Articles provides immunities to Executive Directors, officers
and staff.
I saw that Ben Heineman (who was a member of the Volcker Panel) spoke
at the Law School on October 5th. On October 8th, at the suggestion of minority
staff on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, I contacted Kenneth Peel at
Treasury, to encourage the Bush Administration to end the cover-up on the
Philippines Banking Sector Reform Loan and restore the rule of law to the Bank.

of Actual Innocence. The prosecution of Movant's arrest for criminal trespass
was terminated on July 22, 2013. The United States Attorney's Office for the
District of Columbia has failed to respond to the Motion to Seal Arrest Record.

The Banking Cartel likes to send people to me who are "converted" whistleblowers, these are whistleblowers who have become frightened and who try and steal the world's gold in some way, or ask me to forward messages to you that will confuse things in one way or another. There are three such attempts in my inbox this morning. Instead of diverting our attention from the Global Currency Reset, I have shared the emails with other people I am working with.
It is especially important to work carefully in view of the very potent military mind control capabilities. I have been trying to preserve the world's wealth for humanity, and clean up corruption at the World Bank for a long time, and I never send important communications until I have "slept on" the issues. I find it easier to deal with things after I have "processed" them in my sleep. There is no question about it. We are going to have to become familiar with the scalar and EMF (electromagnetic field) military capabilities, and learn how to function despite them. Actually, once you know these

exist, it is fun to figure out how the Banking Cartel is trying to influence you, and then do exactly the opposite thing. That is why I interacted directly with the Indian and Russian embassies in the last Annual Meetings of the World Bank and IMF after I had made stupid typographical errors in addressing the letters to the Russian and Indian embassies.
All the people of the world are taking control over their incompetent, illegal, illegitimate governments. We are not doing this by violent methods. These government employees have all been caught out in a huge hoax, and they are going to be judged on how smart they are in figuring out that they now work for all of humanity. We are going to slowly, carefully, take back control and do things right.
On November 4, 2016 I told the Joint Staff of the US military that "the writing is on the wall". This was to let General Joseph Dunford, Jr. know that the people in the US did not consent to secret martial law. Supreme Court Justice Anton Scalia was murdered because Scalia was about to spill the beans about the corrupt legal profession that was hiding the fact that the US Constitution of 1789 was not in effect. As for Donald Trump; he is now our caretaker, and we are demanding that he stop provoking our allies with threats of trade wars (note how Germany reacted to the Banking Cartel's announcement in Trump's bogus inauguration speech -- dividing US from Germany is what the power transition model predicted would bring on WWIII).
This is to Germany: Donald Trump is illegitimate, and what he says does not count. It is fake. The US military does not stand behind Donald Trump, who is not the legitimate President of the United States. The Banking Cartel just did us both a favor by erasing my earlier email. Whenever I have to rewrite something, that gives me the chance to make it easier to understand. Right now alot of people are learning about the Banking Cartel for the first time. The Banking Cartel is one huge company that owns most of the companies in the world, and all of the banks, and issues paper money for nothing, and then bribes politicians with the money they just printed. What is the crashing airplane all about? When you are over the target, you get alot of flak. Used in World War II, 'flak' is a German abbreviation for Flugzeugabwehrkanone, or "aircraft defense cannon". Whenever the Banking Cartel interferes with my links, I want you to know there was something the Banking Cartel was trying to hide from you.
You can see in the teleprompter that the Banking Cartel was trying to hide from you that China asked me in 2014 to let them have the world's assets for a clean-up of Fukushima. I told China that I was not going to give them the world's assets with no strings attached and no way to monitor what they were doing.

Pay close attention to what is going on with Germany. This advice is from a political science model that came to the World Bank from the National War College. This model predicts how coalitions form with 90-95% accuracy. The power transition model is telling us that humanity is in a coalition to end the Banking Cartel. I call this coalition, "the Coalition for the Rule of Law." without fighting the Banking Cartel. The "false flags" like 911, or the murder of JFK, and now the
"sarin gas" in Syria or the so-called Russian interference in bogus elections are no longer believable.
Whenever you hear that the Rothchilds are behind the Banking Cartel, you are on notice that the real
"head of the snake" is trying to hide and shift blame. Sure, the Rothchilds are bad. But the
"bloodline" families who descended from the Pharoahs in Egypt and Templars in Switzerland are
much, much more powerful.

alternative media. This person is a voice for the Banking Cartel. How do I know this person is an
agent of the Banking Cartel? This person publishes many fake news articles for the Banking Cartel. I
