9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Registration. Museum Lobby. There will be separate tables for Members Day packets and for the Annual Meeting registration and board election ballots. From 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., reserved Members Day packets will be available at the Museum’s admissions desk.

9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. Annual Meeting of the Membership. Museum Auditorium. There will be an election for Friends of the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania board of directors and consideration of other business as comes before the membership. If you are unable to attend the meeting but still wish to cast a vote, an absentee ballot request form is available on the back cover of your August 2019 annual report issue of Milepost. Please indicate on the Members Day reservation form if you plan to attend the Annual Meeting.

11:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. “The Railroad Photography of Lucius Beebe and Charles Clegg.” Presentation by Mr. Tony Reevy. Museum Auditorium. Please indicate on the Members Day reservation form if you would like complimentary tickets to Tony Reevy’s presentation.

PARKING Due to an event at the Strasburg Rail Road, and to ensure that you have a parking space in the Museum’s visitor parking lot to enjoy Members Day activities, please show the parking attendant your assigned car tag, then display it so it is visible on your car mirror or on your dashboard. You will receive your numbered tag by mail in advance of Members Day.

We’ll be recognizing our volunteer of the year William Cole, as well as our other wonderful volunteers, new members and members with 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 consecutive years of membership in the Friends of the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania.

Distinguished service awards also will be conferred, so don’t miss this opportunity to honor Craig Haberle with the Steel Rails Award and Dennis Keperling with the Link & Pin Award.
