Welcome to term 4!! We hope that everyone has had a chance to recharge ready for
a busy term ahead!
It is with great pleasure that I announce that Mrs Laura Murphy has been appointed
to Mulgoa as a permanent teacher starting 2020. Mrs Murphy has been at Mulgoa
for many years but under a temporary contract. Mulgoa is lucky to now have her
permanently. Congratulations!!
I would like to share some more news...the Mulgoa family is about to become bigger!
Mr Favaloro and his partner are expecting a baby in early January!!!! We are thrilled
for Mr Favaloro and cannot wait for the baby to arrive to meet him or her. What an
exciting Christmas holiday for Mr Favaloro!!!!!
This term we welcome two pre-service teachers to the Mulgoa staff. Mrs Asciak will
be working with Mrs Murphy and our 5/6 class for the entire term. Miss Hul will be
working with myself, Miss Woodcroft and the K/1 class for the first 9 weeks of the
term. We welcome them both to our school.
We also welcome Miss Lobo who is completing her TAFE certificate to become a
School Learning Support Officer. Miss Lobo will be at Mulgoa each Monday, Tuesday
and Wednesday this term.
We are just a week away from our very first Mulgoa Moonlight Market!! A huge
thank you to our P&C, families and friends that have helped to coordinate the
evening...we are looking forward to a fabulous evening together!!

Important Messages
* Can I please remind parents and carers that dogs are not to be on
school grounds unless you have the principals permission. This includes
dogs on a leash or in your arms. Thank you.
* A reminder to our students and families that bikes and scooters are not
to ridden in the school grounds, thank you.
* All children have received a BookClub brochure. Orders are due, online, by
Tuesday, 29th October.
* if your child is absent from school please ensure they bring a note in
explaining their absence the day they return. Alternatively you can ring/
email the school informing us of your child’s absence. Thank you.
* To keep updated make sure you check our School website for dates and
all notes. Our Facebook page also has photos and updates for our families
and friends!
