Years come and go, but each

MOMENT AND EACH YEAR is

learning and gives new

dimension to our life. Each

year adds new experiences in

life. It is always good to stop

somewhere for few moments

& look back at the year. Don't

know whether it will inspire

you but it not only INSPIRES

US but helps us to understand

our STRENGTH AND

WEAKNESS to move forward.

This year we supported 54 students, from pre primary to higher

education. Few of our students started jobs. We provided

infrastructure by Digitalizing, 2 schools. We started construction

work of our Shivprabha Vedic School. We distributed 21 Vidyadeep

This year Shivprabha delivered career guidance seminar’s to

Engineering and Science colleges of Chandrapur district. We started

Shivprabha Farmer’s Club in 2017 with 30 farmers and in 2018 added

20 more farmers. We also started rural development work in Tamnar

Akhada. This year only we completed work of making Lonwadi 100%

ODF village. We started work on our milestone Project the Smt.

Virangana Raghvendra Padgilwar Agriculture Research and Training

center at Digras. We also empowered 11 needy widows This year we

supported 41 marriages in either group marriages or individual

marriages. In 2018 we supported 13 patients starting from cancer,

kidney transplantation, heart surgery and an accident case of Runali.

This year Yunus Khan got award for his excellent work in agriculture

segment. Ashish Kalawar has appointed as Pramukh Acharya of

Maharashtra by Samarpan Meditation. Shishir Mandya was awarded at

Goa for his dedicated work in social transformation. This year we

started and awarded Shivprabha Jeevan Gaurav Award in Education,

Rural Development, Health, yoga and Sports category and released

our first short documentary film Pahal and Shivprabha theme song. I

take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks to each and every

one, who has contributed to making SHIVPRABHA A TRUE MOVEMENT.

Though my personal social journey started from childhood, my

organizational journey began in 2007. If I look back to the last all 11

years of our social journey, there was more work, more

commitment, more like minded members, more diversification and

more thoughts which have been implemented in the year 2018. The

year 2018 marked another significant period of accelerated EFFORTS

AND MOMENTOUS growth in the journey of our young Global Trust.

We started our journey of social reformation from 2007,

encompassing our focus areas of Education, Rural Development,

Women Empowerment, Environment, Health and Meditation. All of

us in SHIVPRABHA can take pride in the fact, that our development

initiatives have so far IMPACTED THE LIVES in 30 DISTRICTS ACROSS 7

STATES. The success of our social reformation work, which

emphasizes working at the grassroots level and improving the

quality of life of the underprivileged communities, motivate us to do

much more and make a difference to rural Indians.

Shivprabha charitable trust – organisation

Shivprabha has been working in Rural India since 2007 and globally from

2016 for Rural Development, Women Empowerment, Education, Yoga and

health.

We supported 54 students, from pre primary education to higher education.

Few of our students completed their education and started jobs.

We provided infrastructure by Digitalizing, 2 schools.

We started construction work of our Shivprabha Vedic School and hope to

start it soon

Education – Success StorySmt. Sumita Chakrawar lost her husband due to accident when she was

pregnant with Aditi . Pregnant widow got responsibility of 3 year old

Rajnandani and herself. Smt Sumita Chakrawar brought up her daughters by

selling Jewellery, clothes, taking different classes of cooking & arts. Brave

Rajnandani is in 3rd year of BHMS and she is doing her education by doing

part time job as RMO.

Aditi is now in 1st year of Civil Engineering .Aditi got 88.83% in SSC and 66%

in HSC. Her college fees is 88K, Hostel fee 30K and Mess fee is 30K. She is

taking her education at DY Patil College Pimpari. Aditi is good artist and she

is also trying to raise funds by selling her paintings. Shivprabha helped them

by raising fund for her education.

Shri Uttamrao Kanwale from village Kalmula. He has three daughters and he is

trying to provide best of education to his all daughter.

His elder daughter Harshada got 80.8% in SSC and 73.69% in HSC she also got 169

out of 200 in MHT-CET for PCB group. After all evaluation Shivprabha decided to

support Harshada and her father with Rs. 1500/- Scholarship for this education

year, So total cost to us in this year is 15K. Next year decision we will take based on

her performance and financial condition of her father

Education – Success Story Ganesh Lamkhede is Son of small farmer Shri Sudhakar Lamkhede having

a land of 2.5 Acre and since last 3 years under debt. He is from Village

Waki, Taluka: Jamner, Dist : Jalgaon. Ganesh got younger brother who

completed ITI in welder and looking for job. Ganesh took a decision to

become Engineer and his father has helped him by taking loan. Since last

two year Shivprabha provided him scholarship and now he is in third year

of Mechanical Engineering. Last year his result was not good and got 3

back but we had lot of interaction and decided to continue his scholarship

of Rs. 1400 to avoid stoppage of his education.

Gulafsha is the third child of the family who dreams and has a desire to

become a Fashion designer. She is the eldest sibling out of the three

Kids. Her younger sister 8 years old studies in the third standard and the

youngest brother in the second standard. The Mother earns her living as

a Vegetable seller with an Income of about 150/- per day. She is a single

parent child, an above average student in her academics and is looking

forward to support her mother after she finishes her studies. She also

wants to educate her younger sister and take her responsibility. Gulafsha

was pursuing 10th class board exams and has been already provided her

with school books and uniform. Her mother till date not paid Rs. 17,500/-

to school due to non availability of funds as per her commitment hence

we raised funds to pay School fees.

Sunil, Son of Shekhorao Bhise a Small Farmer from Tribal Lonwadi, is the first

boy from Lonwadi who has been admitted to a professional education as a

Dental technician in Government Dental college Mumbai. As Shivprabha we are

proud of his achievements. He has to pay Hostel Fees of Rs 4500/- per year

and a monthly mess fee of Rs 2000. He comes from a poor Farmers Family who

are just about to make ends meet. He has performed well in his exams too. We

decided to give him a scholarship of Rs 1K per month.

Kajal is the daughter of Mr Gajananrao Ganeshker who is poor farm labour from

Dhaba (pahur) Tq Babhulgan Dist Yavatmal !(Ms) Gajanarao and his wife

Sandhya Ganeshker both are working very hard in field to educate their two

daughters, Kajal & Gayatri, Kajal passed her Hsc in last year and Gayatri is

appeared for HSC in running year, when Kajal passed Hsc she got addmission in

GMC in akola for course of Bsc paramedical (BPMT) as a, lab technician then

she shifted to akola to her relatives, but the challenges started from here kajal

didn’t have money to pay college fee which was 45000 for one year and she is

not able to get scholarship. Then with help of some one she got permit to live

on hostel and her parents adjusted 15000 for fees, For college fess and

expenses, Shivprabha helped this family.


Sports – Success Story

In year 2015, we all supported Hema to go Malaysia for Karate

competition and she returned with Silver Medal. Since then she

became part of Shivprabha family. Being under privileged family, big

family there was big opposition to Hema for taking Karate coaching

but with all odds she carved her career in Karate. To give shape to

dream of girls like Hema who don’t have resources as well as from

under privileged family, also to provide self defense training to girls,

she started Karate coaching classes in Nagpur. She takes only Rs.

100/- per month to take care of expenses. Presently she got 76

students in her classes. Shivprabha helped her to buy Karate Kit.

Damini M. Rambhod is sports champion in sword fighting. She was invited

to attend Fencing Competition at China in May 2018. Her financial

condition is very poor hence she can’t afford expenses of travel. Based

on her application and subsequent discussion with her family final

evaluation was done. We helped her Rs. 60,000/- as a Sports aid to

attend Fencing completion to be conducted at China


Rural Development We have started Agriculture Research and Training Centre:

1. To promote organic agriculture and develop organic package of practices

for agronomic, vegetable, spice crops.

2. To impart more attention of farmers in Vidharbha region for Integrated

Farming System Approach under rainfed conditions for sustainable

agriculture.

3. Collection, conservation, multiplication and exploration of local

genotypes/

germplasm resistant to biotic and abiotic stresses.

4. To establish and strengthening of Farmer Producer Companies in the

area.

5. To train and provider technical guidance to rural educated youth and

women

for entrepreneurship development through post-harvest processing,

mushroom production, livestock management, biofertilizers and

biopesticide

production, nursery management, apiculture etc.

6. To establish training centre for protected cultivation of high valued

horticultural

crops viz. exotic vegetables and flower production.

7. To develop Seed Villages and Seed Processing Centers.

8. For the training of irrigation system andwater conservation likewatersheds,

PARTNER A FARMER CONCEPT: We have started this concept to help farmer to

sustain in uncertain conditions and uplift his financial condition.

1. Make our farmers self sustained and less dependable on the Government.

2. Connect our farmers to the rest of the world, equip them to communicate

3. To help our farmers, to get the best prices available for their produce.

4. Work with small and marginal farmers towards improving their livelihood

options and making

farming a sustainable and profitable occupation

5. Work towards new and innovative systems in agriculture, education, public

policy and by favourable marketing of products

6. Combine the efforts with marketing groups to benefit and sustain .

Shivprabha adopted on village in Maharshtra. Village Tamnar Akhada is still away

from basic needs like water, electricity, sanitation and shelter. Even they do not

have proper schools and facilities. Shivprabha decided to help villagers by providing

basic requirements.

One old lady and other 17 villages provided basic needs.

Solar lamp provided to each family.

Poor family have been provided with rice, sugar, blanket and other required

things.

Women Empowerment – Success Story

9th November 2018 (Day of Bhaubij) was virtually a Black Friday for

village Delub (Bu), Taluka : Ardhapur, Dist : Nanded and even for

Shivprabha.

Young farmer Shri Khandoji Bishwanath Bodhare committed suicide in

the morning at 4:30 am. Khandoji was marginal farmer with no land to

his name. He had a loan from local money lender. Khandoji has left

behind his wife Anita (just 28 years old). He participated in many

activities of Shivprabha in Nanded district. Due to harassment from

local money lender and no proper crop for this year made Khandoji

took his life. Instead of living in the past we supported Anita to the best

of our capabilities. We found out the best possible way to empower her

by giving buffalo which cost us Rs. 45K so that her daily needs are

met.

A family of Dipali Bhandare is landless farm labourer. Even to meet

need of family her husband Pravin works in night shift also. Couple

have 2 year old son with Thalassemia illness. To keep him alive major

need is monthly blood transfusion and expenses for every month is

about 4 to 5K. Dipali apart from doing farm labourer work also want to

increase income to support treatment of her son and looking for

saving to purchase sewing machine but failed to do so far last one

year. Shivprabha is working in coordination with many other

organizations on this issue. Shivprabha and Nirbhid foundation jointly

handed over sewing machine to Dipali.

This year at least for Vidharbha region winter is at its extreme. Even Nagpur

reached 3.5 deg. C. Imagine the tribal area of Gadchiroli district where

circumstances made this elderly woman to sleep in a broken house. Most of

us never really get to understand the Needs of a homeless person. Every

person, especially an elderly abandoned lady without a house is one of our

responsilities as a Nation. Life of GARAJUABAI CHANDRA MADAVI an old

woman, in an homeless colony of Aheri town has been disrupted. Her house

collapsed and the poor woman was sleeping at a temperature of 3.5 ℃.

Helping hands a great Social Organisation, were informed and she was given 4

blankets. Helping Hands has started the effort to rebuild the house of

Garajubai's house and make it suitable for Living.

Single Mother Naziya Shamim Shaikh age 34 living with her 2 year old cute

daughter in a small house. Naziya works in different houses to feed herself

and her daughter. She is from village Kamalapur, Dist : Gadchiroli.

Unfortunately in this rainy season her house collapsed. Young women with 2

year old daughter are now homeless. On humanity ground we came forward

and helped her to rebuild house. We raised find to give shelter, protection and

security to mother and kid.

Health – Success Story 13 year old girl Vaishnavi is extremely good in academics, dance,drama,

music and singing but born with disability of Hearing impaired. Means

born deaf and hence dumb also. It is not easy to take care of such kid and

educating them is something like next to impossible task. But if single

parent like her mother, teacher’s like Bansod family, staff of her earlier

Deaf and Dumb School and very much thanks to technology that today

Vaishnavi not only hears well but also speaks well. After studying upto 5

th class in deaf and dumb school she is now in normal school, competing

with normal students and got 1 st rank in class of 6 th std. What an

amazing progress by magical girl Vaishnavi. But on other side her mother

is single parent, was use to give full time to Vaishanavi got an opportunity

to work in same school at monthly salary of Rs. 5000/- to take care of

basic needs of herself and Vaishnavi. Hearing aid of Vaishnavi is now 6

year old and need immediate replacement otherwise she again stop

hearing. Shivprabha helped her to sustain.

Abdullah was deaf and dumb and hence we helped him last year but not

now. His Cochlear implant surgery which was delayed due to increase in

prices due to effect of GST now done successfully at Tata Hospital

Mumbai. Abdullah back at home playing like normal kid and enjoying with

family.


Since Birth, Baby Aaradhya Patil (16 months old) has been fighting against a

life-threatening liver disease. Only an immediate liver transplant would help

save her life. Her treatment and medicines started since then, and still

continue. However, the little baby’s fight with the disease has not stopped,

and she has been diagnosed with end-stage liver cirrhosis (is a condition in

which the liver does not function properly due to long-termdamage. This

damage ischaracterized by the replacement of normal liver tissue).

Fortunately her father, Mr. Sainath Patil is medically and physically eligible to

give part of his liver to his ailing baby. Sainath’s target to afford the major

operation. This is the only chance for Baby Aaradhya Patil to survive and we

helped to raise funds for this little baby in order to proceed with the next step

of treatment. The approximate cost for the operation of Baby Aaradhya Patil

is Rs. 15 Lakh (INR) for this surgery.

On 11 th June 2018 We Spoke to Sunita Sanap a 31 year old mother of 2 kids,

She is crying and telling us that in spite of ready to spare part of her body

(Kidney) to her husband, she is need money to save her husband. Sunil Sanap

age 33 farmer by profession is suffering from end age renal disease (Both

Kidney’s are failed). Like any Indian wife Sunita is ready to do anything to save

her husband and Sunil was lucky to find a Match / Donor in his wife Sunita.

Even after getting Kidney said whole transplantation operation needs Rs. 8.65

Lacs. Family sold there only source of their income there 1 Bigha land at Rs. 4Lacs. Shivprabha supported for rest of expenses.
