AQUAMEt SBF Limpid, emulsifiable, low-foam EP cutting lubricant without mineral oil, non-ferrous minerals and boron.It has good grinding features due to its fully synthetic anionic and ionic lubricating elements and very effective corrosion inhibitors.

AQUAMEt SBH Emulsifiable cutting lubricant without mineral oil, chlorine and zinc to be used to obtain a limpid, transparent solution for all grinding processes for steel and cast iron under medium up to heavy operating conditions.

AQUAMEt SGM Universal cutting lubricant for all grinding processes of steel and cast iron under medium up to heavy operating conditions. This lubricant can be used for ceramic or plastic grinding discs. Not suitable with magnesite discs.

CARE pRoDUCtS FoR WAtER-MISCIBLE SYStEMSproduct Description

AntIFoAM SH 2 Silicone oil free defoamer for water mixed cutting lubricants based on polyethersiloxan, suspension in water. 1:10 dilution prior use is recommended.

AntIFoAM SF Defoamer for water mixed cutting lubricants. Dilution with emulsion or water is recommended in order to achieve a better dispersion and performance. Also suitable for not water miscible cutting oils.

AntIFoAM CAS Defoamer for water mixed cutting lubricants to be used in soft waters or if the calcium concentration is reduced. It helps achieve increased water hardness.

InHIBItoR pLUS The product is used to increase the pH value of water mixed cutting lubricants.At a concentration of 0.1% of the lubricant volume the pH value is increased up to 0.3.The product best performance is achieved if it is added timely, that is pH value > 8.5.The product has a stabilizing effect on the cooling lubricant system.

InHIBItoR CC This product successfully prevents the release of non-ferrous metals (e.g. Cu) in watery substances. Product concentration 0.4 up to 1.0 Vol.% of the circulation system.

ADDItIV pt The product is used undiluted to improve the rinsing and cleaning capacity of water mixed cutting lubricants and cleaning solutions. This product can be mixed with water with any concentration.The concentration is normally about 0.5% depending on the desired effect.

BoDECID SYStEM CLEAnER Low-foam system cleaner for circulation systems with water mixed coolants. The formulation is R-43-free.It has great dirt holding capacity as well as good micro-biocide effect.

S&M GRotAn oD Broad-spectrum microbiocide with a good instant effect and a long-lasting protection.

S&M GRotAn F 15 Very effective fungicide with well-balanced effect spectrum.

AQUAVLIES C Viscose and polyester fibre fleece for universal application. It can be tied and is very resistant both in the length and in the breadth.

AQUAVLIES CRF Polyester and polypropylene fleece made using a needle-process. Due to this mechanical reinforcing process this fleece is very tear resistant. It provides deep filtering with good storage capacity. (Suited for the processing of cast iron)

AStER Mp Low oil mist, mineral oil-based metal working lubricant to be used as metal working oil as well as lubricating and hydraulic oil. Suited for chipping processing under medium operating conditions as well as for grinding operations of steel, aluminium and non-ferrous metals (HLP 32, CLP 32).

AStER tA/E High-performance machining lubricant on mineral oil base with very good rinsing capacity. It is suited for processing steel alloys and nonferrous metals using machine tools by following manufacturers: Davenport, Gildemeister, Tornos, Index etc… Also suited for gear cutting on Gleason machines. It is approved for difficult grinding operations (profile grinding) on Kapp machines.

AStER tG High-performance machining lubricant on mineral oil base with very good rinsing capacity. It is suited for processing steel alloys.

AStER S Cutting oil suited for processing high-alloyed steels in such processes as thread cutting, precision cutting, broaching, etc… When processing non-ferrous metals the parts shall be rinsed immediately after the process, since otherwise stains might appear.

Low-viscosity, alloyed high-performance machining lubricant on mineral oil base with specific agents. Especially suited for deep drilling, broaching and milling of materials which are difficult up to very difficult to be processed. Also suited for other chipping processes such as thread cutting, gear scraping etc… where a low-viscosity cutting oil is required. The product is not suited for non-ferrous metals.

MEtALCUt 22 tB Low-viscosity alloyed high-performance machining lubricant on hydrocrack base with specific agents. Especially suited for deep drilling, broaching and milling of materials which are difficult up to very difficult to be processed. Also suited for other chipping processes such as thread cutting, gear scraping etc… where a low-viscosity cutting oil is required. The product is not suitable for non-ferrous metals.

MEtALCUt 5 RtS MEtALCUt 10 RtS

Metal working lubricant based on a combination of polar and chemically active additives. Due to this ad-hoc formulated additive combination much longer tool service life as well as an excellent surface finish can be achieved, if compared to standard products used so far. With this product very good results can be achieved in such processes as thread cutting, deep drilling and gearing and in other difficult working processes. Not suited for non-ferrous metals.

MEtALCUt Ep 1510 A Alloyed high-performance HC-based machining lubricant with special additives. Especially suited for deep drilling, broaching and grinding of materials which are hard up to very hard to be machined. Also suited for other chipping processes such as thread cutting, when active cutting oil is required. Not suited for non-ferrous metals.

MInIMUM QUAntItY LUBRICAtIonproduct Description

MEtALCUt MMS 001 Low viscosity, aromatics-free cutting, grinding and forming oil based on an aromatics-free hydrocarbon with special additives. It can be used, whenever low viscosity oils are required and is suited in such processes as grinding, honing, lapping, punching, perforating and in other working processes.

MEtALCUt S 3000 Aromatics-free metal working oil with extremely low oil mist and evaporation features. It is based on innovative synthetic base oils with selected additives. It is a thermally stable product with excellent load carrying as well as adhesive capacity despite its relatively low viscosity. Due to its zinc- and sulphur- free additive package this product guarantees stainless material surfaces also when non ferrous metals containing copper are processed.

MEtALCUt S 3010MEtALCUt S 3045

Chlorine, sulphur and phosphorus-free metal working oil with low oil mist tendency. It is based on ester oils and can be used for minimum quantity lubrication. This product can be added as additive to other cutting lubricants in order to improve their lubricating performance. Also suited for applications as forming oil.

MEtALGRInD S 5 HM Low-mist, low-viscosity grinding lubricant based on purest mineral oils for grinding steel, cast iron and hard metals. This product has excellent cooling and rinsing features. Very good surface quality results can be achieved.

MEtALGRInD S 10 CBn Low-mist, low-viscosity grinding lubricant on mineral oil base combined with specially selected synthesis esters. Especially suited for grinding processes with CBN and diamond grinding wheels. By using this product very difficult grinding operations for non-ferrous metals, steel materials and high-speed steel can be carried out without problems, such as face grinding, high speed grinding etc…

MEtALGRInD S 15 UnI Grinding oil on mineral oil base combined with selected additives. It is a high speed grinding oil especially suited for grinding grooves in spiral and thread drills as well as for manufacturing circular saw blades in special grinding operations. Other applications are e.g. internal and external grinding, thread grinding and so on.

ERoSIVE LUBRICAntSproduct Description

MEtALCUt ERF 14 Bright, odour-free, sulphur- and chlorine-free special distillate with additives improving the product lubricating performance. Especially suited to be used as universal spark erosion fluid and as honing oil.

DEFoRMInG oILSproduct Description

MEtALpRESS Fp 70 AE Non water-miscible deforming lubricant with polar additives and EP-agents. It is used for extrusion molding and deep drawing of sheet steel in heavy working processes. Non suitable for working nonferrous heavy metals.

MEtALpRESS St 300 Ep Deforming lubricant with polar additives and EP agents, especially suited for pressing, widening, contracting and drawing high alloyed steels and steels which are difficult to be machined. Not suited to process non-ferrous metals. The product is to be applied undiluted on the material through rolling, drip oilers, spray or dipping method.

MEtALpRESS WME Water-miscible deforming lubricant with polar additives and EP agents for punching and drawing sheet steel up to 2 mm, especially suited for materials containing Cu. The emulsion concentration can vary between 10% and 30% according to the difficulty grade of the process.

MEtALStAnZ 3 M Low viscosity deforming lubricant with polar additives. Mainly applied as drawing and punching oil for thin sheets made of aluminium, non ferrous metals and their alloys. Also suited for ferrous tools with low material thickness.

MEtALStAnZ 4 Ep Low viscosity forming lubricant with polar additives. It is a very productive, mineral-oil based punching and drawing oil which contains additives to increase the performance.

MEtALStAnZ 80 HEp Very productive, mineral-oil based deforming oil with polar additives. Especially suited to be used as drawing and punching oil to process ferrous materials. Also suited for pressing and precision cutting. Only partially suitable for working nonferrous metals.

MEtALStAnZ St 120 AE High performance deforming lubricant with polar additives and a high content of extreme pressure additives. Mainly suited as deep drawing, extrusion molding and precision cutting oil for working ferrous materials. Also suited for chromium nickel steels. Not suited for working nonferrous heavy metals.

MEtALStAnZ St 130 CL Chloric, non water-miscible cutting lubricant for deep drawing and precision blanking with very effective high pressure additives. It is used to cut mid-thin sheet steel up to 15 mm, starting from simple carbon steel up to high alloyed Cr-, Ni-, Mo-, and V – alloyed steel. Also non-ferrous metals can be processed.

HonInG AnD LAppInG oILSproduct Description

opL 5 Cooling lubricant based on low-aromatics mineral oils with specific additives, suited for lapping, honing and grinding procedures based on the latest technology.

AStER L Low oil mist metal working oil based on mineral oils and suited for honing and lapping ferrous metals. It has very good cleaning features. Also suited for automatic machine working of steel, aluminium and non-ferrous metals.

MEtALHon H 10 Ep-B High alloyed honing oil based on low aromatics mineral oils. It contains specific additives which enable to achieve very good surface quality in long-stroke honing processes. This product is suited for sulfurized and non-sulfurized honing stone. Especially formulated for honing processes in machines manufactured by Sunnen.

DEWAtERInG FLUIDSproduct Description

CoRo DWo 20 L Antirust protective lubricant based on aromatics-free white spirit. It provides a very good antirust protection, has very good water-displacing properties and does not leave almost any residues by evaporating.

CoRo DWV 45 L Dewatering fluid based on a low-aromatics solvent. It provides a good antirust protection, has good water-displacing properties and creates an oily film.

CoRo DWW 35 L Highly effective lubricant with water-displacing and excellent antirust protective properties as well as short drying times. It can be used for drying and protecting wet mass-produced and small parts, obtained with drawing, milling, punching and pressing processes, which need to be preserved over longer periods.The product is able to displace water or moisture films leaving a greasy film on the metal surfaces.

AntIRUSt oILSproduct Description

RUStIA nt Antirust protective fluid providing a protective film and especially developed for rolled steel (blank sheet) as used e.g. in the car industry and in the electric industry. It is also strongly recommended for the protection of metal pipes and profile steel.

CoRo KSot 12 Solvent-, barium- and odour-free antirust fluid of medium viscosity grade and based on mineral oils. It contains specific additives which provide good film stability for temporary protection of internal and external surfaces of ferrous semifinished parts, especially cold roll.

CoRo KSo 32 LK Low viscosity, barium- and zinc-free antirust lubricant based on low-aromatics base oils. Especially suited for long-term protection of finished products. It has water displacing properties and provides a non evaporating oily film which successfully protects against corrosion.

CoRo KSW 50 L Very effective wax-like antirust protective fluid based on an odour- and aromatics free solution for long-term protection of machines or materials which are exposed to weather conditions all year-round. Also suited as transportation or permanent antirust protection. It can be also used for underbody protection.

CoRo WMo 8 Water-miscible antirust protective fluid on mineral oil base containing emulsifiers and antirust additives. It provides a slightly oily, non sticky film very well suited for the preservation of bright or phosphatised surfaces.

CoRo WA Low viscosity, barium-free antirust protective oil without solvents and with selected inhibitors. It can be used in a wide range of applications and is especially suited to protect small pieces and also intricately-shaped components. It can be also used as oil for weapons. It is suited for internal protection of pumps and fuel injectors as well as tools.
