The International Federation of Bodybuilding andFitness IFBB and the Mexican Federation ofBodybuilding and Fitness FMFF, are pleased to inviteall the National Federations that are affiliated to theIFBB to participate to the Third Edition of one of themost prestigious international competitions: the IFBBCancun Diamond Cup, that will take place in Cancun,Mexico at the Gran Oasis Arena.

CLIMATE:The climate in Cancun and the Riviera Maya is semi-tropical, with an averageannual temperature of 26 ° C and can rise to 35 ° C in summer. The average annualrainfall is 1400mm. Although the climate is very similar throughout the year thereare two different periods in Cancun. The rainy season extends from May toOctober, and is slightly warmer, the dry season is from November to April, withcooler temperatures. CANCUN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (CUN):Cancun International Airport (CUN) is one of the most important airports inthe Caribbean and a point of entering into the "Mayan World".

Important Notice:Each National Federation and individual athletes areresponsible for all expenses related to travelling, meals,beverages, accommodation, transportation (airport-hotel-airport) and other unforeseen expenses throughout theduration of your stay. VISA:A valid passport is required to enter Mexican territory, valid for atleast 6 months after the date of arrival. All countries should consultthe Mexican Embassy in their Country to determine if they need aVisa. An official letter of invitation will be available if it is required.
PARTICIPATION:The contest is open for all IFBB National Federations from all over theworld. The number of competitors in this championship is unlimited.
REGISTRATION:Official Athlete Registration will take place at the Official Hotel Gran OasisCancun Resort on Friday, November the 22nd, 2019, from 14:00 till 18:00hrs.
Registration of athletes will be only considered if they are signed up by theNational Federation of each athlete, by sending the Final Entry Form withtheir names directly to the Organizer Committee, to the IFBB TechnicalCommittee and IFBB Head Office in Madrid. The final decision to allow anathlete to compete in this event depends on the IFBB.
All athletes will have to show theirPassports and IFBB InternationalCards at the Registration. Any athletewho has not purchased or renewedhis/her IFBB International Card willhave to buy it at the registration.
IFBB Card cost is €35 (EUR) or $45(USD)
and it is mandatory.
MUSIC:
All posing music must be recorded in an audio CD only. Also, theposing music must be at the start of the CD. Each competitor mustwrite his/her name on the CD for easy identification. The use ofprofane, vulgar and offensive language is strictly prohibited in theposing music.
Each athlete participating in the championship will be providedwith a wristband at the registration desk. This identification willallow daily access and should not be removed.
TEAM MANAGERS & JUDGES MEETING:Will start at 18:15 in the registration area.
REGISTRATION FEE
Registration fee at this competition is as follows:- Men’s and Women’s open categories and Masters – USD $200 per athlete
If an athlete wants to participate in the second category (like master or in the senioropen class), the registration fee for this second category will be USD $100.
International athletes will have to be pay the Registration Fee online in advance bycredit/debit card or PayPal at IFBB webpage via the IFBB website in the following link:

The deadline date to do the online payment is November 15th, 2019 (Friday). OnNovember 15th, 24:00 hrs (midnight - Central European Time, UTC +1) the onlinepayment system will be switched off. If paying at the Registration on November 22nd,2019, an extra fee of USD $50 per participant will be charged.
The Domestic participants representing the Mexican Federation (FMFF) pay directly atthe Registration.

-TOP THREE COMPETITORS IN EACH CATEGORY WILL RECEIVE TROPHIES.
-TOP TWO COMPETITORS IN EACH CATEGORY WILL PARTICIPATE AT THE OVERALL.
-IFBB ELITE PRO CARDS ARE FOR THE TWO OVERALL CATEGORY WINNERS.
-TOP FIVE COMPETITORS IN EACH SENIOR CATEGORIES WILL BE AWARDED POINTS TO THE 2019 IFBB WORLD RANKING
MINIMUM NUMBER OF COMPETITORS TO RUN A CATEGORY SHOULD BE 5. IF LESS THAN 5 ATHLETES, CATEGORIES WILL BE COMBINED, WHEREVER
POSSIBLE.
JUDGES:To be taken into consideration, during selection of Judges Panels atthe competition, IFBB International Judges (as well as test-judges)must be included in the Final Entry Forms sent by the NationalFederations, according to the IFBB Rules. For more information,please contact Mr. Pawel Filleborn, Chairman of the IFBB JudgesCommittee, under the address: [email protected] International judges must bring their International Judge Cards toCancun.IFBB International Judges must have a valid IFBB Judge’s Card, whichmust include the IFBB yearly judges fee of EUR €50 -paid for 2019-.Test-judges must pay the IFBB judge’s test fee of EUR €50. These feesmay be paid at the Championships in Cancun.All Judges and Test-Judges must be present at the Team Managersand Judges Meeting. Any Judge absent at this meeting will not beallowed to judge in these Championships. If any of the aboveconditions has not been met, Judges will be unable to carry out theirduties.
TANNING:The IFBB has banned all tans that can be wiped off. An official willcheck the tan of all athletes backstage and if the tan comes off bysimply wiping, the athlete will be asked to remove the tan beforegoing on stage.
