Foundation story of Kiğılı which takes place among the actors taking a leading part in formation and development of

ready-made clothing sector in Turkey is based on 1938’s.

Kiğılı founded for the purpose of fabric sales for men in 1938 commenced

production in 1965. Our first store was opened in Beyoğlu in 1969. We have

been working for unconditionalcustomer satisfaction all over the world

since the day we were founded and today we are having the justified proud of

carrying our brand beyond theborders of Turkey.

Our Chairman of the Board Abdullah Kiğılı is the doyen

of organized retail.

Abdullah Kiğılı's maintaining fabric trade which is his grandfather's and father's profession became an important factor

laying in the foundations of brand. Abdullah Kiğılı began to work in textile sector at a young age and headed the business in 1961 upon the decision of family elders once he completed his

education.

In 1969, the first Kiğılı store in İstiklal Street o�ering service only in

ready-made clothing.

First ready-made shirt

Until the 1960’s when the sense of ready-made clothing wasn't formed

in Turkey yet and the consumers used to buy fabrics and give them to tailors, Kiğılı was o�ering service as

a store selling suit fabric for men. In 1965, it performed its first shirt

production and began to sell ready-made shirt in its store. After the first shirt branded Kiğılı, suit and coat manufacturing started.

Kiğılı factory opens

After foundation of Kiğılı outfitting factory, it both continued to sell its own products and began to make special production by preparing

collection to Turkey's leading menswear brands.

by branding his name. Abdullah Kiğılı Exclusive Cut combines the years'

experience, quality and perfect workmanship with tailor's sewing sensitivity. It o�ers a unique and outstanding style with its special

fabrics, designs andtailor-made size options.

Giant logistic center

Our logistic center of 25 thousand square meter entered into service

in Gebze - Şekerpınar. It made Kiğılı's operation much more modern as a very big step in

operational meaning and now it is o�ering service with its 5 Logistic

Centers.

Kiğılı Academy opened

Kiğılı Training Academyfounded for management and

development of human resource. A new period began in

the lives of thousands of Kiğılı employees.

Kiğılı Trak

Kiğılı led the way via TRAK which o�ers the mobile clothing service in Turkey and brings the

store to the consumers. TRAK o�ers personal service by

reaching its consumers who wants to replace their stained clothes or their clothes which

are torn accidentally.

Kiğılı quality spreadsover the world

Kiğılı became Turkey's first clothing company which opens store on the

farthest corners of the world.

Targets

2023 target of Kiğılı is to take part among the Globally successful 10

Turkish brands. Today, it proceeds on its way with creative and

innovative point of view that has adopted in its designs appealing to mentalist and shabby chic men, its

applications focus on customer satisfaction, merchandizing,

human resources and technology.

We carried Kiğılı Academy project into e�ect in 2013 which is the digital training platform through which we o�er training contents in di�erent categories by bringing sense of modern training in compliance with today's technology age.

Trainings are given in contents consisting of blending in-house contents with various training and graphic design programs in this platform and each employee's own e-mail addresses are identified to the system and system is logged in over Internet with this e-mail addresses. Thus, our employees are able to reach current trainings easily.

While fictionalizing Kiğılı Academy trainings, we give importance to need analyses to be completely in compliant with demands and career plans of field and headquarter sta�.While aiming at helping career targets of our employees, we also teach how to balance private lives and business life. For this purpose, we o�er not only business life specific trainings but also personal development supporting trainings over the platform.

Merchandising (Retail) Mathematics, Stress in Business and Private Life and Methods of Coping with Stress, Time Management, Self-Motivation, Business English in Menswear, Visual Merchandising and Shop-Window Design, Language and Story of Colors, Body Type Analysis, Fashion History are some of the trainings contained on this platform.

Our employees obtain a certificate after the trainings. Pre-exams constitute the base point of the promotion exams to be carried out annually and right to take the exam is gained with the average points.

In 2016, we founded "Department of Training Technologies" within Kiğılı Academy by analyzing the training design programs used by the companies in the sector. We started "Reflect Your Experiences to the Training" with the Department. Today, trainings are designed fully endogenous and in compliant with the training

design models and of professional lives of managers that put into practice.Kiğılı Academy where nearly 4.000 Kiğılı employees have received online training until today was granted third price in Program Design in Training in the competition of 6th International Innovations in Learning Field for Future Learning" held in Istanbul University.
