What is SCS-CEL Program?

An compulsory subject for Undergraduate Program’s student.

It is always upgraded following the issues which are developed within communities.

The main focus of Student Community Service is empowering community.

Brief History of SCS-CEL

UGM is declared by Directorate General of Higher Education as a national coordinator of SCS-CELUGM is pointed to be a member of RCE (Yogyakarta Region)

SCS is to be SCS - CEL2006

UGM started to creating new paradigm of SCS (Development to be Empowerment Empowerment) as response to the Monetary Crisis

1997-1999SCS is a compulsory subject at UGM1979Wider to 13 Universities and UGM was a coordinator1972

Director of Higher Education proposed SCS as intra-curriculum activity 3 universities as pilots and UGM was one of them
