Your Enviropro Floors Project Manager will look after you, and coordinate the project at every stage.

We start with a meeting at your home, at a time that suits you, to view your floor and discuss your plans. We’ll then measure, and help you select your finish using real timber samples. Finally, we’ll leave you with a firm quotation for the whole project, including sanding, sealing & finishing.

When you approve the quote, and deposit is paid, your project manager will help coordinate start and finish dates.

If you have to move out, we can help coordinate professional removalists to safely remove, store and move back your belongings through our corporate partners. Additional charges will apply.

At the specified date, our team will arrive at your home to start work. As we progress, we’ll keep you updated.

When we’ve finished, the project is thoroughly checked according to our Quality Assurance guidelines.

Floor finishes can take up to 14 days to fully cure. During this time you will need to take care when walking on or using the floor. We recommend not wearing footwear on the floor during this time.

You will need to wait at least two weeks before replacing rugs.

You will need to take care with furniture. Do not drag furniture over the floor. Use protective felt pads on chair or table legs and other contact points. Never use rubber pads as they may stain the coating.

You will need to clean up any water spills straight away – never use a steam mop on your floors.

You will need to take extra care when moving heavy furniture or household goods, such as a large cabinet or a refrigerator. Use a trolley to move the item.

You will need to keep pets off the floor until the coating has fully cured. Trim pets nails regularly to avoid them scratching the coating.
