ing in this major Annual National Co-Eds Tournament.

We are delighted to inform parents that the pool-heating system is

already operational and our teams are enthusiastically preparing for this

EERSTE DAG VAN

KWARTAAL : TERM 4 starts on TUESDAY, 1 OCTOBER. We start with Week 1

(Day 2) on the timetable and a neatness and uniform inspection

will be held. The holiday is a good time to have blazers dry-cleaned.

Strong action will be taken against offenders. Parents are asked

to ensure that their children return from the holiday, prepared for this

neatness and uniform inspection. We need the full support of our

parents re the boys’ hair rule. Because we want to be proud of

our learners, we depend on your co-operation.

Thought Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes

courage is the quiet voice at the end of the

day saying 'I will try again tomorrow' .

END OF YEAR EXAMS/EINDE VAN DIE JAAR EKSAMEN 2013 Ouers moet asseblief ons 2013-jaar- program ondersteun, veral aangaande eksamenreëlings vir die einde van die jaar. Grade 12s have already received their timetable for the final exams of this year. Grade 9 and 11 exams are all either National or Provincial Exams that have been deter-mined by the Department of Education. As a result, there can

be no deviation from this timetable.

No learner will be allowed to write before or after the scheduled time of any exam. Should a learner be absent for any exam, he/she will need a medical certificate in order to be given an assessed mark. Vraestelle vir Graad 11 word in twee sessies afgelê: Oggendsessies vanaf 08:00 en Middag-

MOVEMENT FOR GOOD HEALTH - EXERCISE

belangrikheid van 'opwarm'- en 'afkoel'-oefeninge wat deur

die SA Fisioterapie-Vereeniging versprei is.

Pool Heating Project: The granite panels with the names of all donors who have supported the 1st

phase of the project are due to be mounted on the pool deck by the end of

September. We have raised R75 000 so far, less R16 000 for the setup

costs. Many thanks to all who have kindly contributed to

this project. Anyone still wishing to contribute towards the

2nd phase to please contact Charmain.
