Juvenilia (January-March’ 18)

From the Principal’s desk……….

This is the last edition of the juvenilia of the session 2017-18. We regret the delay in getting it ready.

It was an eventful year with all its ups and downs , a lot of hits and misses defined the session. Academic

changes implemented by CBSE , particularly that of reintroducing the Examination system and giving up the

CCE system. That is a change , hopefully for the better, allowing the child to be more focused on his/her

responsibility as a student who can test his capabilities to the ultimate. The laid back attitude will become

history now.

We had 70 students for Class X and 97 students for Class XII as Boards candidates of AISSE and AISSCE

2018 respectively. The results are awaited and hopefully they will bring good results as always.

I have always maintained that there are two crucial factors that need to be in place in a school – one is

academics and the other, discipline, particularly self-discipline. The two will work with each other, to

support one another to help the students achieve success in whatever they do. This brings about sense of

values and good judgment in the child which keeps him/her focused on the goals and milestones, the big

picture.
