May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace, as you trust in Him,
so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Romans 15:13
Dear HRCS Families & Friends, Happy Advent! I hope everyone had a blessed and bountiful Thanksgiving. The generosity of the Holy Redeemer Community in the Annual Turkey Trot food collection and the After-Thanksgiving Luncheon was phenomenal and brought a Happy Thanksgiving to many in our community. What a great way to begin the season of Advent; a season of Hope! This past Sunday began our Advent season, the season of joyful waiting for the birth of Jesus Christ. As Catholics, our focus is on celebrating Christ’s coming into our world. Within this significant religious season, we may be challenged to keep a Christ-centered focus. The world around us is focused on the hustle and bustle of shopping, wrapping, decorating, and parties. Our call is to remain focused on the real meaning of the season and prepare our spirits and hearts for Jesus. Let’s work together – home, school and parish- to prepare ourselves and children for the birth of our Lord. HRCS will attend Mass on Thursday, Dec. 8 to observe the Feast of the Immaculate Conception. We also invite the Holy Redeemer community to join our students for their HRCS Christmas Programs on Friday, December 16th. We will have two programs this year; PreK-2nd grade at 1:30 in the Social Hall and 3rd-8th grade at 5:00 in the Church. As we bring the 2016 year to an end, I want to say Thank You to You, our families, for your commitment and dedication to Holy Redeemer Catholic School. Together, let’s continue to Seek, Persist, Excel, Love and Serve God for the growth and success of our students at HRCS. The Faculty and Staff of Holy Redeemer Catholic School/ND ACE would like to wish you and your family a Blessed Advent Season, a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Peace & Hope in Christ,
Gloria Del Orbe

Please help us to collect shoes for the children in the Dominican Republic. As you know, these students hike for over an hour to get to school on rocky, dirt roads. Their shoes last for about three months before falling apart, leaving them barefoot again. This is why we need so man shoes! Our sister diocese in the Dominican Republic thanks you for your generosity! We are grateful for the gifts

Dear Holy Redeemer Catholic School Families and Friends,
I want to personally invite you to Holy Redeemer Catholic School’s (HRCS) Mardi Gras Casino Night fundraiser on Friday, February 3, 2017 at our Holy Redeemer Parish Hall.
Over the last few months, volunteers and staff have spent hours in preparation for this event. As a major fundraiser for our school, all of the proceeds from this event will directly benefit HRCS students. By participating in our Mardi Gras Casino Night, you will allow us to continue to make a difference by enriching students’ experiences in and out of our state-of-the-art class-rooms.
Come and join us Friday, February 3rd for some Cajun food, drinks, dancing, raffles, silent auction, and casino games! Space is limited, so please register today! Right Click on Hyperlink here to register online and reserve your spot.
We are offering an “Early Bird Bonus” to those that register before December 16th. Get an additional 25,000 casino chips per person for registering early. If you wish to pay by check, please review the attached form. We are looking forward to our Mardi Gras Casino Night Fundraiser and hope to see you there too. As always, thank you for your continuous support.
Peace in Christ,
