MARTIN McGuinness’s SinnFein-employed drivers havebeen involved in ve crashesin ve years.
That is more than all theother Stormont ministers’drivers put together, the NewsLetter can reveal.
In 2009 alone, his £15,000Skoda Superb vehicle— which among its saetyeatures has electronicparking assistance and nineairbags — was involved in
three crashes.By contrast, rst minister
Peter Robinson’s car hasnot been involved in anyaccidents since the restorationo devolution in 2007.
Sinn Fein ministerialdrivers have been involved insix crashes since 2007 whileonly one civil service driverhas been involved in anaccident during the period.
The revelation raises reshquestions over why Sinn Feinare allowed to use their owndrivers on ocial business.
