Article 20 Leaves 20.6.3 “No Tell” Days Increase from 1 to 3 days 20.6.4 FMLA/CFRA—added California Family Rights Act (CFRA) Article 22 Education 22.1 AA/AS/BA Degree New Language—added AS Degree. Education incentive will be paid bi-annually, on January and July payroll, for units submitted by the end of the preceding month of pay. 22.2 New Language—Employees will receive stipend in current year if submitted no later than December 31st and/or June 30th. Article 23 Wages 23.1 State Preschool, Head Start and Early Head Start 1% COLA effective July 1, 2017. District will notify Union ten (10) calendar days after receiving Cost of Living Increases from the Federal Government and should the District be informed that it will receive additional funds for the State Preschool Program the Union will be noticed also. Upon Notification the Union will submit proposal to the District by April 1st. 23.3.1 Longevity Increments: (New Language – Economic)

schedule and will be reflected on the next full pay period. 23.7 District Compensation Study (New Language)

District agrees to conduct a complete compensation salary study on all classifications in this MOU, no later than December 31, 2018. Pending update of Salary Schedule 2017/2018

Article 25 Terms of Agreement Agreement shall remain in full force from ratification up to and including June 30, 2020 APPENDIX A Salary Schedule Proposed increase to State Preschool, Head Start and Early Head Start Schedule of 1% effective

July 1, 2017 for the 2017-2018 School year. Proposed addition of the number of days worked for each position to be included in the 2017/2018
