Available in multiple configurations, our fuel & lube trucks are constructed of a rugged steel shell that is corrosion-resistant for durability you can count on.

Choose from a variety of options to customize your truck to best meet the needs of your jobsite.

A Rugged galvanneal steel body construction for durability and corrosion resistance

B Modular platform design allows for flexibility in product tank layout

C LED S/T/T, B/U lights and reflectors are in accordance with FMVSS 108 regulations

D (4) adjustable work lights for improved visibility in low light conditions and LED compartment lights

E 1,000 gallon ellipse style fuel tank with 3/16” steel wall construction with flat panel in center for displaying company graphics (KFLT1 model; KFLT2 model has 2,000 gallon tank). Emergency shutoff, rollover protection system and two lift hooks located on top of the tank.

F Aluminum roll-up rear door for convenient access to all tank reels and control panel

G Underbody storage compartments on each side of the body. Compartment doors include double-spring over-center retainers for elimination of involuntary swing, and automotive-quality, rotary-style latches for easy opening and closing

H Product tanks mounted to an innovative platform side rail using isolators, which isolates twisting and vibration to eliminate tank stresses

I Product tanks constructed of 3/16” steel with vented fill cap and replaceable sight gauges

J Hydraulic air compressor with FLR system

K Reel cabinet features electric rewind for fuel and spring rewind hose reels for all other products

L 20 lb. fire extinguisher located in reel compartment for operator safety

• 120 lb. grease drum with 50:1 air-operated shovel pump and high pressure grease reel (located on street side)

Corrosion won’t be a concern when you buy

best corrosion protection, we utilize a state-

of-the-art, custom-designed, 12-step, SST

cathodic electrodeposition finishing system,

called “E-Coat.”

It bonds prime paint to steel by an electroplating process to give you a superior coat of primer, resulting in better corrosion protection compared to spraying methods.

This system allows us to create products with the highest level of corrosion resistance available.
