Unified Services of Texas, Inc.

Our CompanyUST began its operations in 1991, specializing in underground and aboveground storage tank systems installation, repairs and removals.

Our Fuel Division currently focuses on commercial and industrial fuel storage systems with an emphasis on mission critical facilities such as data centers, hospitals, bulk fuel and hydrant systems. We provide turn-key construction from design and BIM modeling through construction and commissioning.

As our services expanded, we expanded our role in the realm of government contracting to include design/build, construction of industrial buildings and civil construction on military bases and federally owned/operated facilities.

Since government construction requires more accountability, better processes and highly skilled managers, it made our decision to enter into commercial construction much easier knowing that our skills and processes out matched typical commercial construction contractors.

Unified Services of Texas, Inc.

CapabilitiesUnified Services of Texas, Inc. (UST) provides General Construction and Fuel System construction to municipal, state, national, and private sector clients. We utilize our in house experienced construction tradesmen and technicians to self-perform turn-key infrastructure services for Transportation, Industrial, Military and Power (Mission Critical Emergency) fueling facilities. GE TransportationFuel Oil, Lube Oil & Industrial Waste Water

Project consisted of designing and building new Fuel Oil (FO), Lube Oil (LO) and Industrial Waste Water (IWW) systems to facil-itate supplying and returning FO, LO & IWW to/from new locomo-tives built by GE in the new one million SF manufacturing facility. The FO system consisted of 24,000 gallons of FO storage, six (6) fueling stations delivering 160 GPM and six (6) FO return stations @ 100 GPM. The LO system consisted of 15,000 gallons of new lube oil storage maintained at 60 degrees, six (6) LO supply sta-tions delivering @ 30 GPM and five (5) waste oil return stations @ 60 GPM to a 8,000 gallon LO waste tank.

The IWW return system consisted of one (1) 15,000 gallon verti-cal waste water tank, off load pump operations and five (5) IWR return stations @ 100 GPM. The design included one master PLC panel with touch screen and six (6) station PLC panels with touch screens. The Controls Systems (SOO) included all required logic to function, alarm, notify and terminate as required to safely oper-ate, maintain pressures, GPM’s, and maintain sufficient fuel/lube in storage tanks. The control package included all control panels, PLC’s, flow meters, transmitters, pressure switches, flow switches, network switch, instrument wiring and final programming
