DESCRIPTION

Game changing fuel saving technology and emissions reduction solution, that is both permanent and passive. SAE tested and proven. www.fuelaidsystems.com FuelAid Systems & Optimizers saves money on fuel - any fuel, any engine, reducing harmful emissions. Huge fleet savings with no loss of power. Recent successes include over 25% improvement in fuel economy in both CAT D15 and Volvo D13. FuelAid has undergone rigorous independent third-party performance evaluations (Fuel Economy & Mileage Improvement) on 15.2 litre diesel engines, under real-world test conditions following SAE and EPA testing procedures developed by both the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) and the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA). The SAE protocol is encapsulated in their Surface Vehicle Recommended Practice “SAE J1321”, while EPA references J1321 in their fuel consumption and emissions protocol under the SmartWay SM Transport Partnership Program. FuelAid technology represents a major breakthrough in fuel conditioning that can: • Lower fuel and maintenance costs, • Improve the performance of any vehicle or fleet without impacting the driver or operation of the vehicle, • Make a positive and dramatic environmental difference. Priority is given to long haul Class 8 trucks and fleets in the initial phase of our growth. Other markets will be pursued in phases 2 and 3 of our development plan. These include smaller vehicle fleets, rail, forestry, mining and shipping fleets, generators, commercial and industrial heating and water systems, and irrigation, to name a few.

FuelAid Systems Guaranteed lower fuel costs/save money, increase power and decrease harmful emissions, with technology verified to SAE Standards!

A technological break-through, resulting from almost three decades of research and development.

Through the Science of Fuel Conditioning: • Reduce harmful emissions & pollution• Increase engine performance• Increase combustion efficiency for cleaner burn• Dissolve existing corrosion & scale build-up• Reduce operating costs - saves gas & money• Helps prevent costly repairs

The result… Your engine operates at Top Efficiency

Game Changing Technology

Page 3: FuelAid Systems Heavy Duty Diesel Fuel & Emission Reduction Presentation

• Fuel Savings of 8 – 30% or more• Increase in horsepower - 5 -15% • Reduced Emissions – 40-99%• Cleaner Oil

PLUS!• Improved performance, easier starts, and faster running• Increased cooling system efficiency• Stops scale build-up and corrosion in engine• Reduces wear on 02 sensor and catalytic converter• Healthier air and less smog for your community• Suitable for all gasoline or diesel applications

Most operators have immediately observed greater power when going up hills, generally in a higher gear after application.

Concentrations of dark emissions go clear as the FuelAid System starts working.

Benefits

Page 4: FuelAid Systems Heavy Duty Diesel Fuel & Emission Reduction Presentation

• Passive technology• No moving parts, no additional power required• Components are easily placed externally on the fuel supply

and return lines, coolant, and air intake lines• Can be installed in minutes without the need for tools

Stabilization and SaturationThis process occurs post installation. Class 8 trucks may take 12-20,000 miles

of operation to transition.• Deposits will be cleaned from lines, injectors or jets.• Fuel Line Saturation• Carbon Cleaning • Compression Ring Seal compression increase

Easy to Install

FuelAid excites the electrons in fuel which increases the oxygen bonding to the fuel molecule for greater oxidation capacity.

Energizing the fuel breaks up the naturally formed bonds and associations (the clusters of minerals). These separations allow more surface for oxygen bonding.

The result is more available oxygen which increases oxidation and buffers pH. The energized fuel also lowers the surface tension and cuts friction, providing higher flow on less energy and higher pump efficiency.

The Science of Fuel Conditioning

The correct number of electrons to induce the desired effect was defined by NASA as the Rayleigh Limit – 3.25 x 1027 electrons per drop per second.

Ionized drops break into 8 Octolids or micro-drops. These eight drops break into 64 micro-drops, then 512, 4,096… and so on. More micro-drops that mix better with air. This effect takes place in 5 to 15 billionths of a second. As charged droplets, they mix better with oppositely charged Oxygen.
