FAST TRAX® HORIZONTALSCREENSFor maximum screeningperformance, the FT5162 or theFT6203 is Your One Source withproduction rates up to 500 tph and800 tph respectively. Featuring tripleshaft and oval motion these plantsoffer better bearing life, moreaggressive screening action withreduced plugging and blinding and aconsistent material travel speed thatdoes not accelerate through gravityfor a higher probability of separation.

FAST TRAX® INCLINESCREENThe FT5162i track mounted inclinescreen provides an excellent scalpingtool in system installations, as well asprovides a highly versatile stand-aloneunit for a wide range of bulk materialscreening application in construction,recycle and environmental markets.The FT5162i is equipped with a 5' x 6',2-deck screen and includes a 48"apron feeder, a 48" wide oversizeconveyor, two product conveyors andan under screen conveyor. COARSE MATERIAL WASHERSThe KPI-JCI series 6000 Coarse Material Washersimprove coarse aggregate quality by efficiently removingsoluble clays, dirt, organic materal and other deleteriousmaterials from the feed source. High-efficency driveswith low power consumption sets a high standard forcoarse material washing.

FINE MATERIAL WASHERSEngineered with high-efficiency drives, the resulting low-horsepower requirements reduces operating costs whileincreasing production. The series 5000 Fine MaterialWashers efficiently de-water and fine tune sand productsto meet today’s stringent specifications.

BLADEMILLSThe series 6500 blademill is used to pre-conditionaggregates for more efficient wet screening. This isaccomplished by the abrading action within the unit tobreak up small amounts of soluble mud and clay and tobreak down some very soluble agglomerations.
