FULL MOUTH REHABILITATION WITH
IMPLANTS - A CASE REPORT IN INDIA
•Patient came to our clinic with the complaint of multiple missing tooth and fixed bridge.
•On examination and investigation multiple missing tooth, tooth supported bridge and root stumps were present.
•The patient had difficulty in chewing food due to loss of tooth structures in back tooth.
PREOPERATIVE VIEWS
RETRACTED FRONTAL VIEW
Collapsed bite present.
OCCLUSAL VIEW OF UPPER ARCH
Tooth supported bridge , missing tooth and infected root stumps were present.
LOWER JAW OCCLUSAL VIEW
Severely infected and attrited teeth were present.
PREOPERATIVE SMILE
Treatment plan was restoring the tooth with fixed implant supported
prosthesis.
POSTOPERATIVE VIEWS
UPPER OCCLUSAL VIEW
10 Implants were syncrystillized with titanium wire for additional
stability to implants.
LOWER OCCLUSAL VIEW
