Our mandate at Defence Export Promotion Organization (DEPO) is to facilitate, promote and coordinate defence products manufactured by public as well as private defence industries. We are also the core organization in Pakistan providing professional, comprehensive and accurate information services to our customers with the support of Ministry of Defence Production (MoDP), Joint Staff Headquarters (JSHQs), Defence Production Establishments (DPEs), Global Industrial Solutions (GIDs), various Chambers of Commerce and Trade Bodies.

Since its inception in 2000, DEPO organizes the biennial International Defence Exhibition and Seminar (IDEAS) to showcase a wide variety of defence products. The event offers an excellent opportunity for defence delegations from all over the world to view in person and evaluate products and services offered by Pakistan’s defence industry as well as a host of international companies. Serving as a unique platform for sharing views on mutual interests, the exhibition is ideal for accelerating business activities and networking.
