DESCRIPTION

It looks like all the challenges to the FCC's Open Internet Order will be heard in the DC Circuit court of appeals. Full Service et.al. which filed its challenge in the Philadelphia 3rd circuit (as well a Alamo Broadband, which originally filed its challenge in the New Orleans 5th circuit) has agreed to transfer its case to the DC Circuit.
