With almost 30 years of executive experience in the Information Technology field,including a broad range of activities from New Business Developpement business processdesign to IT Services Sales, Mr. Romney is an expert in the application of InformationTechnology to the business processes to create and enable competitive advantages.
Mr. Romney has served in a variety of IT Leadership roles such as Executive ProgramDirector, Information Technology Director, Sales Director, Business Development Director,IT and e-business Manager in world class corporations as CYDSA, FEMSA, Royal Resorts,DaniloBlack Inc., BreezePlay Inc. and IT companies like Gartner, SAS, Digital Equipment,Lotus Corporation, CITI, Cutter Consortium and Interfactura.
As Information Technology Director, he has been responsible of the completereengineering of the Information Technology Division to better serve and support thebusiness needs and growth and to increase results and profitability.
As a consultant, François-Xavier has been involved in projects to define and implement ITand e-Business strategies. He also lead business development implementations andChange Management initiatives for numbers of IT companies in Mexico and Latin America.
