Kristi Fulnecky launched her cam-
paign for city council on Septem-
ber 20th, 2014 at the home of Dr.
Walt and Martha Gaska. Kristi,
surrounded by approximately 100
supporters, unveiled her campaign
logo and gave a short speech. The
fundraising event was the official
kick-off of her campaign and
marked the launch of her social
media presence on Facebook and
Twitter.

Kristi met with several city departments to gain a better understanding of some of the issues facing the city. On
Thursday, September 18th, Kristi met with Mary Mannix Decker to discuss the city budget and the pensions of the
police and fire departments. On Friday, September 19th, Kristi met with Kirk Juranas, Barbara Lucks and Todd Wa
ner to review the citys transportation, storm water and environmental issues. She met with Chief David Hall on
Wednesday, September 24th to learn more about the fire department and the pension fund. On Thursday, Septemb
25th, Kristi met with Greg Burris, Collin Quigley and Chief Paul Williams to hear about issues facing the police
departmentincluding funding and crime in Springfield. And she m
with Mary Lilly Smith on Friday, September 26th to discuss economic
development.

Kristi's understanding of the way small business works coupled with her experience and work ethic make heruniquely qualified to serve on Springfield's City Council.
Kristi Fulnecky is an Attorney and the President of Fulnecky Enterprises, LLC, a Native American and woman-
owned small business, located in Springfield, Missouri. The firm specializes in construction management, manage-ment consulting, technical writing, and government compliance. The company was founded in 2008 by Kristi Ful-necky when she saw the need to help companies do business with the government. As a small business owner,Kristi understands the issues facing businesses.
Prior to founding Fulnecky Enterprises, Kristi managed her ownlaw firm, worked for the U.S. Congress, and served as an attorneyat the U.S. Department of the Interior in Washington D.C. Shealso worked as a technical writer for defense contractors support-ing the U.S. Department of the Navy, and was employed as aconsultant by a company owned by a former Vice Chairman ofthe Joint Chiefs of Staff. Kristi is licensed to practice law in both
Missouri and Washington D.C.
Kristi is an enrolled member of the Comanche Indian Tribe ofOklahoma. She has been married for 16 years to Eric, a physicianat Mercy hospital. They have six children.
