The WVSOM Summer Seminar provides family physicians with updates on clinical topics and practice management issues that impact the quality of patient care. Lectures will be held in Palladium AB of Brighton Tower.

This program anticipates being approved for 20 hours of Category 1-A CME credit pending approval by the AOA CCME.

SCHEDULE

Breakfast and registration are available from 6:30 – 7:00 a.m. each morning. The Continuing Medical Education lectures and workshops begin at 7:00 a.m. and run until noon each day. A complete schedule of topics and speakers will be distributed and posted to the WVSOM Alumni Association website in the coming weeks.

CONFERENCE ROOM RATESPlantation Villas: WVSOM has blocked one-, two- and three-bedroom lakeside villas for conference attendees. These units are completely furnished, including fully-equipped kitchens, all linens and washers and dryers.

Brighton Tower: WVSOM has blocked guestrooms and condos in Brighton Tower.

Hotel rooms are also available in the resort’s ocean-front Embassy Suites Hotel. Regular seasonal rates will apply to any units not in the block. Rooms in the WVSOM block are available June 13-20, 2015.

For best selection, make your reservations early. The block fills quickly, and Kingston Plantation expects to be at full capacity that week.
