Introduction Choosing the correct fundraising event depends upon the individual needs of your charity and your followers. From one-day abseils to multi-day mountain expeditions, we can offer challenge events of all shapes and sizes throughout the world.

Who we are The Adventure Collective draws upon the expertise of three highly experienced event professionals - Tom Shooter, Dave Talbot and Jon Gupta, each of which owns and runs their own company:

Each member of this team brings a unique skill set to Adventure Collective, drawing upon over 25 years of experience planning and running adventure events globally. It is through their specialisms that they can offer just about any event you can think of, anywhere in the world.

At the heart of Adventure Collective however, is a common passion to help others achieve amazing things through adventure and travel, and this is reflected by the high standards and professionalism that run throughout every event they undertake.

What we offer Our events are split into four main categories: Abseiling, Trekking, Cycling and Mountaineering. The goal is to alleviate all of the pressures and stresses associated with organising an event, so the team literally take care of everything. Our standard packages

2 ordinarily include all guides, accommodation, food, transport...our ultimate aim is that all participants need to do is just turn up and do the challenge!

In addition to this, we can provide professional media packages for you to use in future promotions. From photo collections through to professionally-edited videos of your event, we can meet your media needs to your specification.

How to fund your event We believe in transparency when it comes to fundraising events so that participants and their sponsors are informed throughout.

There are two ways in which to fund an event:

Option 1

Participants pay a deposit or signup fee

We send them everything they’ll need

Participants fundraise & train

Participants pay the remaining balance

We run an amazing event!

Option 2

Participants pay a deposit or signup fee

We send them everything they’ll need

Participants fundraise & train

We invoice your charity for the balance

We run an amazing event!

The only difference between these two approaches is whether the participant pays for the remaining balance or whether you wish this to be covered in the individual’s fundraising. Either way, we offer complete transparency and clarity throughout, giving confidence to your supporters, event participants and their sponsors.

What makes us different We believe that participants on our trip should be able to concentrate on fundraising and training in the lead up to our events, and not have to worry about anything else. When they turn up to an event, we want to take away all of the stress and allow them to focus and enjoy their challenge.

Our standard packages include the best leaders and guides in the industry, both on and off the mountains. They guide, support and encourage all team members to succeed. We believe this approach is far more effective than others and also increases participant's rate of success.

Our pricing Our competitive prices include everything that’s needed to run a professional, safe and fun event, there are no hidden charges.

The prices included within this brochure are however for guidance only and discounts may be given for larger groups. In short, the more participants, the bigger the discount we can offer to you, your followers and your charity.

Making it easy for you and your fundraisers We make it easy for people to make any event a success. Once you have decided upon an event, we create a unique webpage, itinerary, booking portal, frequently asked questions and training plan for your event.

We keep participants informed throughout the process, with a single point of contact to answer any questions they may have in the lead up to the event. This allows your fundraisers to concentrate on two things - training and fundraising!

Bespoke events The sky really is the limit - we love planning new events! Perhaps you have an idea for a fundraising event (however crazy!) but you need a professional team to put it all together, taking the stress out of the logistics and safety, allowing you to concentrate on the fundraising.

On the following pages, you’ll find a range of events in various locations throughout the world, but if you’ve got a burning desire to do something completely unique, please let us know and we’ll get the ball rolling!

We hope to hear from you soon,

Tom Shooter - Dave Talbot - Jon Gupta
