Fundraising is generated from the preparation and electronic filing of tax returns. A preparation

fee will be charged for each completed tax return, and each fee will be paid to VTax On Demand

Tax Service.  Tax customers are not required to pay anything up front. In most all cases, the tax

fee is withheld from the refund and not deducted until the IRS funds the return.  In the rare

instances when customers who do not choose to have their preparation fees deducted from

their tax refund, VTax will collect the fee upfront.

VTax gives back 15% of the tax preparation fee paid to VTax. The tax preparation fee is set by

VTax and will be competitive with other tax preparers in your market.

Reports will be made available to you via VTax partner portal. These reports will detail your

organization's production and will be used to calculate your donation.  VTax will give donations

to your organization or non­profit either by ACH or by bank wire. These contributions will be

given at least twice monthly.
