Remember to set a MANAGEABLE target. This will go a long way to help you reach your goal and will makefundraising a lot less daunting. Without defined goals, it’s pretty tough to know if you’re actually succeeding.

Dear friend,
I recently learned that 250 million children
worldwide lack basic reading, writing or maths
skills, and I’m doing something about it.
Help me raise money for education by
donating to my Education campaign.
The Happy Africa Foundation works with
communities across Southern and Eastern
Africa to build schools and create programs
with the goal of increasing access to quality
education for children in the% 20 developing
world.
Every little bit will help provide educational
opportunities for children, no matter where
they were born or what resources they
have. [Link to fundraising page ]

The more specific you can get with yourhashtag, the more targeted your audience will be andtargeted means better engagement.
– yourhashtag should represent what you are fundraising for.
- try to keep it short andsweet. Too long and no one will use the hashtag becausethey just don’t want to type in that many characters. Tooclever and no one will understand it.
It generally dilutesyour message and comes off as desperate. Focus instead onbeing specific, which we already explained above.
Do's and don'ts of Hashtags
Teamwork gets the message across.s
Don't forget to share the project pages and the charity pages in yourupdates - you want your supporters to know who we are and what weare doing. The more they see the impact their donation will make - themore inspired they will be to donate.
