With nearly three decades of senior-level corporate and entrepreneurial career experience in management, sales, marketing, promotion, forecasting and budget planning, Orlando-based Luis Alberto Arce offers consummate expertise in the real estate industry. Lived in Orlando and had worked in all facets of the Vacation Ownership industry such as Condo Hotels ,Vacation Homes and Timeshares with a certification as a Fractional Real Estate Professional, he currently serves as Founder Futura Real Estate LLC.Since 1998, he has also served as CEO of Experience Sunvestments International, LLC, overseeing all aspects of development, management and operation of companies that have generated multi-million dollar revenues. There, Luis has produced an ongoing flow of new sales through personal referrals from buyers & sellers, his own personal marketing websites, and a trusted network of partner realtors. He has been involved in developments for, Pulte Home Vista Cay Vacation Condos, Morrison Homes, ICI Homes, Light House Key Fractional and The Blue Rose Condo Hotel.Mr. Arce has specialized in consulting for Share Ownership developers for several years. Joey LopezDirector Of Sales

Joey Lopez brings more than 15 years of real estate experience spanning several market cycles, geographic regions (both domestic and international) as well as luxury and value markets. His career began in New York City with market leading real estate company Prudential Douglas Elliman before expanding into Chicago where he began development sales with the Nation's leading condominium conversion developer – American Invsco.

In this role he was responsible for the development and conversion of luxury apartments. He created and maintained a turnkey program taking condo product through all stages of sales and marketing from acquisition to sale and onward to specialized property management. Working directly with project management and sales pro forma, he learned how to create project sales absorption by customizing seller concessions specific to the investor / buyer’s needs while adhering to strict budgetary confines. As the Company expanded its offerings across the country he was selected to become the Sales Manager for the firm’s flagship projects in Florida, where he built his own strategic sales and marketing group. After consecutive successful sell-outs Joey went on to create bespoke sales programs that were the main driver behind the successful completion of projects for both National and International developers of vacation and hospitality real estate, namely with Pulte Homes, Kerzner International, Turnberry International and Pordes Residential.

Together with a partnership between a NY hedge fund and Pordes Residential of South Florida Joey took on the International Sales Director position to reposition the remaining developer inventory of Veer Towers at City Center in Las Vegas. Together with the same group in 2014 they took on another luxury waterfront project in Boynton Beach, Florida – Peninsula on the Intracoastal. Once again Joey was given the post of international sales direction with a multi-million dollar sellout. He has led several sales missions overseas and maintains a broad network of Developer and brokerage partners. He continually develops his sales skills and is an avid student of real estate markets in Florida, NYC and beyond.

Matt Dixon European Sales

Matt Dixon has over 20 years experience with international buyers of real estate predominantly in Greater Orlando and Miami.

He is a native of the United Kingdom Matt and specializes in creating and operating international sales and marketing pipelines with an emphasis on vacation and second home ownership. During his tenure over seven years as the head of a real estate company with bases in London and Orlando he grew a network of broker partners spanning the Atlantic and onward into Europe and the Far East.

Matt was one of the first European based proponents of the hotel condominium investment model bringing awareness to the UK and Europe of this niche market – initially on a project in South Beach, Miami and subsequently in Orlando.

One of the reasons for his success in this arena has been the operation of a variety of client enrollment programs including seminars and in particular hosted inspection visits allowing foreign buyers to experience the product and culture of the given development project.

Matt has held sales capacities on projects in the US and the Caribbean and has traveled extensively to promote them. He has also gained recognition as a guest speaker for International sales symposiums and maintains relationships with major real estate sales brokerages across the globe. He is a contributor to several in-house training programs to these key partners.

On a retail level Matt has arranged and conducted multiple expo presentations in the UK and Europe and has been a guest panel speaker at several of these events.

Mike DaviesInternational Sales Director

An entrepreneur with over 30 years business experience. Initially in Hydraulic component manufacturing and sales before selling the business in 1989 to the company I then worked for until late 1992. Moving on to Financial Services in late 1992 before becoming an Independent Financial Adviser 1996 - 2006 with a client bank of over 750 referred clients I reluctantly sold the business in 2006 to concentrate full time on my International Property Sales, Real Estate Investment & Development projects & Land Acquisition business 2000 to date.

Business experience includes $1M + round table status for Financial Advisers advising Private & Corporate clients. I have a real passion for helping people achieve their Financial goals, and my Financial Services business gave me that opportunity, my business persistency rate was 98.2%. My mission is to create another client focused transparent Financial Services Company in North America, with the foundation built on honesty and integrity, where the clients best interests always come first.

The experience gained in Financial Services was invaluable when I became a property developer in my own right, I Successfully sold built and developed 3 Real Estate projects in Bodrum Turkey 2004 – 2009 self funded. Before moving in to North East Brazil early 2006 acquiring land Investments for Development. And latterly Florida and Turks & Caicos taking advantage of foreclosed development projects.
