Being an AIESEC Member!
We are a registered not-for-profit business organisation that is run by students. We recruit
members to work with us and help us make an impact on student leadership development by
organising international internships and volunteering experiences. Then, for the AIESEC exchange
network to function, it takes many members, and a lot of individual and collective efforts.
We need members with all type of personalities and skills to take care of all organisational activities
(sales, HR, finance, external relations etc.). We usually recruit members for a full year and who can
work between 5 and 10 hours a week aside of their studies. Note that these are volunteering
positions only.
As a member, you will get hands-on experience in the area of your interest, you will receive
leadership training, you will grow your network, you will get the opportunity to join national and
international AIESEC conferences... And you will have fun doing so!
