There isa Cajun feel to all of Ricks menu items with the spicy fried catfish, Louisianastyle fried shrimp, and hushpuppies always loved and in high demand. Virginia Beach, VA Virginia Beach is an independent city of approximately 435,000 and is the mostpopulous city in the Commonwealth of Virginia. It is the easternmost city in thearea known as Hampton Roads, or Tidewater. Virginia Beach is a popularseasonal vacation spot. In 1963, the City of Virginia Beach and Princess AnneCounty were consolidated as a new, much larger independent city, retaining thebetter-known name of the Virginia Beach resort.     BACKGROUND INFORMATION from the campaign on military spouses

    Norfolk Roundtable with Military Spouses Jennifer Farlin from Chesapeake, VA Jennifer is a military spouse. Her husband is a Commander in the Navy andcurrently deployed overseas. She has two boys ages four and seven. Jenniferowns a staging and interior redesign business, Bella Home Staging. She started

    her business about four years ago because she wanted to help other people,specifically military families, deal with the stress of frequent moves (stagingto sell) and then turning their new houses into homes however temporary thelodging.

    Jennifer says that being a busy mom of two little boys and handling the dailychallenges of military life gives her excellent insight into how best to empower

    military families as she understands firsthand the complexities of constant moving.

    As a result of the tax cuts President Obama has signed into law, the Farlins will have received a total of about $4,100 in tax relief over the Presidents

    first term.

    Amber Hebert from Chesapeake, VA Amber is a mili tary spouse. Her husband is an ac tive duty member of the Navy,

    serving for almost 17 years. She works full time and is currently pursuing dual masters degrees in Business Administration (MBA) and (M.S.) Management with a minor in Human Resources from the University of Maryland University College. She

    uses the Post 9/11 GI Bill to help pay for her education. With her husbandsdeployments, Amber is often a single parent to her two sons, ages 12 and five.

    first term. That includes $1,600 from the Making Work Pay tax credit and about$2,300 from the payroll tax cut.
