Utcha, Ambassador :Nanya-Barq:El:(R)(c)TM,
Attached to this letter is a picture this day April 28, 2012 which shows that we have had
4 invitations issued to :our :Nation from the United Nations Civil Society( ECOSOC - Economic, Social and Cultural Society);
also: 63rd United Nations Annual Department of Public Information (DPI) / Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs)
Conference to be held in Melbourne, Australia( 2nd Attachement). Obviously, there is a problem/issue as to how we are
not invited to the United Nations Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues and cannot get an Invitation letter. I cannot
overemphasize the importance of you stressing this fact to the UNPFII registration department on Monday May 7 2012.

This matter needs your utmost attention and zeal in acquiring an explanation as to how we are omitted, not invited and
virtually ignored at an event held less than 12 miles offshore of Rananchqua[Manhatten, NewYork]; yet :our :Nation, an
Indigenous Peoples Organization(IPO), is a Stake-Holder of the United States Government internationally recognized via
the UPR Report I submitted on behalf of :our :Nation that is
publishedhttp://lib.ohchr.org/HRBodies/UPR/Documents/session9/US/YAMASSEE_NationofYamasseeMoors.pdf and on file in
Geneva, Switzerland.
This is an insult to :our :Nation and our :Ancestors here on :Atlan / :Turtle-Island;. Since the theme of this years United
Nations Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues is: "Doctrine of Discovery" , how can :our :Nation be ignored, again - while
there is an Internationally legally binding document, named the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous
Peoples in full force?
I will seek council with the :Ancestors on this matter. As :Our :Ambassador, I empower you now, to use all your efforts and
abilities to manifest a solution that is for the bes interests of :our :Nation and :our :Peoples, now. Any further assistance
that you may need/ require from me regarding this matter, you can call or email me at anytime 24 hours / 7 days per
week.
