I suppose it is fine. I think it would be nice to include an estimate of what the cost to theCMPA would be at the 4.5% rate (Collier's memo has the estimate at the lower rate). Andalso another piece of information that I'll want (doesn't need to be in the memonecessarily) is the amount of revenue the CMPA expects to have from the ball team, alongwith possibly any other costs the CMPA is already committed to (the new management
contract from last week). I think the more appropriate thing to consider is what extrarevenue or cost savings we expect from having the back of house, in terms of the qualityof acts we might get, etc, but that will be hand-wavy.
Hope Brian is prepared for some fun on his first day....
