1 WHY DO WE HAVE THIS DOCUMENT This document describes the educational workshop offered by Global-Mark Pty Ltd to clients seeking auditing skills, in order to run internal or supply management audit programs. This document is subject to change without notice. The latest version is on our web site: www.Global-Mark.com.au.

2 OVERVIEW Whilst the need to undertake audits, internally or externally is will understood, when an audit is of significance there is a need to have one member of the team, lead the audit.

There are a number of specific attributes and skills required to undertake this role.

This course covers the following module:

Typically this module is completed as part of the Lead Auditor Course; however it can be done as a standalone as long the previous modules have been completed.

The course is intensive and there are a lot of role-plays, and some work to be done in your workplace.

The course is competency based so there are a number of formal assessments being used.

The course meets the requirements of the Exemplar Global Lead Auditor competency standards, being an entry requirement for certification of individuals as auditors (various levels).

You also need to understand the structure and framework of an audit program; from preparation, and resourcing to closing and monitoring performance.
