PROJECT PHASING NOTES:
c1. DURING PHASE 2A - EAST WING/1 ST FLOOR OF THE BUILDING WILL REMAIN OCCUPIED, KITCHEN
AND DINING WILL REMAIN FUNCTIONAL THROUGHOUT DEMOLITION AND CONSTRUCTION WORK. GENERAL CONTRACTOR TO MAINTAIN SERVICE OF BUILDING SYSTEMS DURING THE WORK. NOTIFY OWNER’S REPRESENTATIVE 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF ANY WORK THAT MAY IMPACT EXISTING SYSTEMS. MAINTAIN CLEAR, SAFE EGRESS PATHS AT ALL TIMES. MAINTAIN ACCESS TO EXISTING WALKWAYS, CORRIDORS AND OCCUPIED AREAS.
2. PHASE 2B AND PHASE 2C WILL OCCUR SIMULTANEOUSLY. WORK SCHEDULED TO OCCUR IN PHASE 2B WILL HAVE PRIORITY, THE RENOVATION WORK IN KITCHEN AND DINING BEING EXPEDITED.
3. DURING PHASE 2B AND 2C - WEST WING/1 ST FLOOR OF THE BUILDING WILL REMAIN OCCUPIED. GENERAL CONTRACTOR TO MAINTAIN SERVICE OF BUILDING SYSTEMS DURING THE WORK. NOTE:
CONTRACTOR SHALL INCLUDE WITHIN THEIR SCOPE OF WORK THE CENTERING OF ALL EXISTING AND NEW SPRINKLER HEADS WITHIN CEILING TILES.
CONTRACTOR IS ENCOURAGED TO PERFORM A SITE VISIT, PRIOR TO START OF CONSTRUCTION, TO VERIFY AND NOTE ALL SPRINKLER HEADS THAT WILL REQUIRE ANY POSSIBLE ADJUSTMENTS.
CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED TO COORDINATE THE INSTALLATION OF ALL NEW SPRINKLER HEADS, AS WELL AS THE RELOCATION OF ANY EXISTING SPRINKLER HEADS, WITH THE CEILING GRID CONTRACTOR AT THE TIME THE CEILING GRID IS BEING INSTALLED.
CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE WORK WITH ALL TRADES PRIOR TO START OF CONSTRUCTION.
CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COORDINATING ALL PRE-CONSTRUCTION SITE VISITS WITH OWNER AND ON SITE SECURITY PERSONNEL DIRECTLY.
NO CHANGE ORDERS SHALL BE SUBMITTED FOR RELOCATION OF NEW OR EXISTING SPRINKLER HEADS UNLESS OWNER REQUIRES CHANGES TO THE SCOPE OF WORK.
