Every Coast (Teak Wood) will be used in Doors.

The Chaukat size will be 6'' * 2.5'' * Height 8 feet .

For Windows Glass of 6MM & 8MM thick Modi & sant gobin Float Glass .

Anti Termite Treatment will be done in plinth, under the flooring and for

Wood Work.

FLOORING

All bed room, Lobby, Drawing room & Kitchen will be used Flooring with vitrified Tiles 32” * 48” (OASIS

, SYMBOSIS, KAJARIA , OR ANY OTHER EQUAL BRAND.

The Bathroom Tiles ( Unitone or Oasis) will be used. This Cost Include Labour Fixture Fitting & Material.

Kitchen Platform Counter and Toilet Wash Hand Basin Counter will be used in Granite Stone / Quartz /

Italian Stone.

SANITARY

The Sanitary ware will be used of Jaquar or any equalent brand .

W.C Sheet & wash Fasin will be used VITRA / CERA / pariware / kerovit brand.

Soil Waste and Rain Water Pipe will be of PVC of 6 KG Pressure will be used.

Grohe (German Co.) / Jaguar for CP Fittings will be used.

ELECTRIC WORK

The Electrical Wiring ( RR / Polypack / or any equilent brand ) will be carried out with Standard /

ISI Marked Material by the Experienced Electrical Contrator.

Modular switches ( Gold Medal / Noryisas / Havells / Legrand or any equalent brand ) will be

used .

The standard size of Wire should be used for Main Line, AC, Lighting and Power Circuit.
