BIOGRAPHY:

Stylist and costume designer GABRIELA MOURATO was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 1974. She graduated in Fashion Design at Rio's Candido Mendes University and has completed several courses at Central St Martin’s College of Art, London.

With over 15 years' experience 7lm, advertising, theatre and fashion, Gabriella continuously develops as she transits between di8erent platforms and media.

In advertising she has been involved in campaigns for major brands such as Coca Cola, Pepsi, Samsung, Toyota, Santander Ford and Sony.

Gabriela has worked with renowned theatre directors such as Aderbal Freire Filho and Felipe Hirsch, as well as 7lm-makers Breno Silveira, Andrucha Waddington, Cl<udio Torres, Toni Vanzolline, Jo>o Jardim, Mauro Lima, Carol Jabor and Paulo Wainer.

In music she has dressed top brazilian bands and performers such as Seu Jorge, Paralamas do Sucesso e Morais Moreira for live shows and videos.

In fashion she is regularly involved in Rio Fashion Week as well as in product development for brands including Verve, Animale and Bebe Basico, and in London, the designer Lena Santana, developing the brand’s accessory line and styling for their Summer 2013 lookbook.
