GAGEtrak Success StoriesFounded in 1919and with more than

60,000 employees worldwide, Halliburton serves the upstreamoil and gas industry throughout the life cycle of the reservoir.

Halliburton’s Kathy Paredes needed to save time, reducecostly errors and inconsistencies associated with storing andtracking data via spreadsheets and implement company-widestandardization of gage and calibration data.

Halliburton initially installed one license of GAGEtrak at asingle location in early 2005 because it is “easier to useand has a place for all the required information to maintainour gages,” Paredes says. Metso Paper is a global supplier

of sustainable technology andservices for mining, construction, energy, metal recycling andthe pulp and paper industries. Metso’s Aiken Service Center,located in Aiken, SC focuses on the company’s pulp andpaper industry utilizing GAGEtrak Calibration ManagementSoftware to track its 335 instruments and gages for over275 calibrations each year.
