Well it has certainly been a busy year at the Old Nick Theatre this year! We would like to thank you all for

your continued support and interest. We would also like to say a huge thank you to The Prince’s Trust. Their

volunteers, alongside our own dedicated volunteers, have been working hard to tidy downstairs in

preparation for the new Crime and Punishment Museum. It is looking fantastic!

UNRAVELLED

'Unravelled' is a Workhouse Players production of performed short stories written by

local author Gill Blow. Their talented actors present a variety of characters to reveal

rare insights into the lives of 'ordinary' people.

There's Audrey who is terrified of driving over the Humber Bridge but is compelled to do

it, and of Jean who sits in a cafe and knits as her life is turned upside down. Then there's

Arthur who's still a rebel at seventy, and the strange and sinister world of Mr. Sinclair.

Three of the stories will be performed here for the first time.

Performances in these original stories are truly spell-binding. We are very pleased

to welcome Amanda Austen and Dean Woolley to join actors Sue Hill and Phil Jones

in this innovative production.

Our AGM will be held on Saturday 21st January at 10am. You are all

very welcome to come along to this, which will be held at the Old

Nick, to discuss the upcoming year.

We are always looking for new board members too so if you would

like to get involved with the running of your local theatre then let

us know. We would love to hear from you!
