• The Galapagos Islands (Galapagos Islands also and officially Colón Archipelago) are an archipelago in the Pacific Ocean located 972 km off the coast of Ecuador. It consists of 13 large islands with an area greater than 10 square kilometers, 6 medium islands with an area of 1 km² to 10 km² and other 215 islets small addition of rocky headlands few square meters, distributed around the line of Ecuador Earth.

Greenery Galapagos

The vegetation of Galapagos is simply amazing and is a source of life for many animals.

But as suceded with the marine environment of the islands, still gets very little coverage.

Galapagos plants, however, are among the most incredible examples of the evolution of these Islands.

Animals in Galapagos are very friendly (not flee to the presence of humans) and are also very different from other species found in other parts of the world.

The wildlife of Galapagos is one of the biggest attractions that have these Islands to offer thousands of visitors each year come to enjoy this paradise.
