GAM Activating a User In the iRAPT Administration console

Click on “Role”

Click on “iRAPT Role Activation”

Enter Search Criteria, click “Submit”

Review DD2875 by clicking on the link in the “DD2875” column. Note: the LPO role also requires the DD577 (not inside WAWF); and the group administrator the GAM Letter.

To review the account, click on “Review Forms” and select either “Attached in WAWF” or “Stored in another Location”, click “Submit”, click “Return”

This will take the user back to the search screen, the search criteria should still be populated, click “Submit”

The “Edit” link will allow adding comments and attachments

To activate, select “Change Status” for one or many, scroll to the bottom and click “submit”
