Moving forward, $2 tickets in the families will feature the VETERANS’ CASH logo and funds from this game will support the Veterans’ Fund.

Just go to the website, select Customer Services, select Customer Resources, and the form link is on the right. The form is digital and fillable, which makes it easier to complete and submit with winning tickets. Lottery claim locations for prizes $601 and over are in Charleston and Weirton.

Don’t forget: WV Lottery retailers should redeem prizes up to $601 and may issue a check or money order instead of cash. Cashing prizes earns a 1% cashing bonus and builds customer loyalty.
