Current ERP Project Progress and Achievements

• CG ERP Jan-2014 accounting period have been generate 1st ERP Financial Report on 07th-Mar-2014. Feb-2014 accounting period month-end activities have been completed, Now is processing Mar-2014 accounting period month-end activities.

• SAG ERP Jan-2014 accounting period month-end closing process was complete, now is doing cost value check and fine tune for Feb-2014. At the same time Mar-2014 month-end process have been started.

• Motive Mulia ERP project have already been kick-off on 11-Mar-2014 and complete operation process survey and diagnostic process on 14-Mar.

• The BI implementation process will be started on 17-Mar-2014.

• The EFGP implementation process will be started on 11-Apr-2014.

• CFC Core Process Module (list below) customization for 1st Round Operation Simulation Testing have been delivered and do customization training on mid of Apr-2014

(Purchasing, Inventory, Sales & B2B, Logistic & FG Warehouse, Production, Financial)

• Key User Examination have been executed for Core Process Modules (Maintenance, QC, Elec Power, SMS will be May-2014, and HRM will be June-2014 )

• CFC ERP 1st Round Operation Simulation Testing will be start on 22-Apr-2014.

3. Key User Examination have been done, but the result are no good, AP & AR user still can not process the new procedure by themselves, still need more and more practice.

Customization Reports

SMS

1. SMS Customization Spec have already delivered to CFC on Mar-2014.

2. SMS Platform and SMS Service Message Program have been develop (and revised).

3. Now is testing SMS Modem integration function.

2. There are some delay on remaining customization reports , and Digiwin should to catch-up the schedule.

1. Sales Module Report 2 (Logistics, 4 Rpts), Customization Spec will be provide 25-Apr, and those reports will expect to delivery on 10-June-2014.

2. The Warehouse Report (2 Rpts) will be delivery on 20-June-2014. (Raw material daily report (cimr101) & Daily report on receiving of material by belt scale (cimr102)

1. L/N document type (LNHP/ LNHN...) should be auto come base on schedule

this function so far can not provide.

2. Reference unit (detail part) should be default “BAG” Now system according the setting of item Bag or Bulk in Item master. if Bulk, default use TON is make- sense. We suggest if bulk cement use TON as unit just the same with CG now.

3. Delivery date (in detail part) still could not be changed for LN type = X (jetty), can change date in detail! the other LN type do not provide this function.

Suggest not do like this way because now just input one time each day.

2. Kiln feeding Qty can write back to the raw mill material issue qty. if no any concern, Will provide this function soon.

3. Down time will not limited one day 1440 min., but when print out the report will show up the total down time and operation time.

Human Resource

1. HRM system upgrade will be complete on mid-of-May (1 week delay)

2. HRM Operational function customization will be delivered from 19-May-2014 to 16-June-2014, except Shift Table Upload (will be delivered on Aug-2014)

3. HRM Customization Report will be delivered from 16-June-2014 to 18- July-2014.

1. P/B Bonus Spec will be provide on 02-May.

2. Signed back the customization documents for Annual Leave related customization.

3. Currently procedure in HRM Training Module will be revised into another way after September, so we have to make sure do we need to customize it before change the procedure, or we want to move the training modules on Sep-2014.

4. Do we need to launch ESS+ Easyflow on first of the July? If yes, we need to reschedule the implementing plan of HRM.

5. ESS can't handle the function to upload shift table, so it will be change to Easy Flow upload the shift table. But we got some issue have to confirm, that's customization period and go live period.
