CHIMENTO is the all-Italian story of a family endowed with initiative and willpower. It all started back in 1964 in Grisignano di Zocco in the province of Vicenza – the town of Palladio and of gold – and revolves around the instinct and vision of Adriano Chimento, founder and President of the company. La presente Garanzia Internazionale che accompagna il gioiello CHIMENTO da Lei acquistato certifica l’autenticità della creazione e il design esclusivo. Le finiture sono realizzate a mano da valenti maestri orafi. Il titolo dell’oro utilizzato è 18 carati (750/1000). I diamanti, le pietre preziose e le perle sono selezionati e qualitativamente controllati dal Laboratorio Gemmologico CHIMENTO al fine di garantire un elevato livello qualitativo.

This international guarantee accompanying the CHIMENTO piece of jewellery you have purchased certifies the authenticity of the creation and the exclusive design. Master goldsmiths have done the finishing by hand. The fineness of the gold is 18 carats (750/1000). The diamonds, precious stones and pearls are selected and their quality controlled by the CHIMENTO Gem Laboratory in order to guarantee the high quality level.

The diamonds used by CHIMENTO come from legitimate sources in no way linked to the funding of armed conflict, in compliance with United Nations Resolutions. The CHIMENTO UOMO men’s collections also offer alternative materials such as steel, aluminium and titanium. The authenticity of CHIMENTO jewellery is guaranteed by the CHIMENTO logo incorporated into the actual piece of jewellery and by the identification seal *408 VI.

CHIMENTO GIOIELLIERI, nel ringraziarLa per l’acquisto da lei effettuato, La informa che qualora dovesse verificarsi uno degli eventi di seguito riportati, avrà diritto ad un gioiello avente le medesime caratteristiche o, in mancanza, ad un gioiello di pari valore alla data di acquisto.

CHIMENTO GIOIELLIERI thanks you for your purchase and wishes to inform you that should any of the events listed below occur, you will be entitled to receive a piece of jewellery with the same characteristics, or if unavailable, a piece of jewellery of the same value as at the date of purchase.

CHIMENTO GIOIELLIERI. si impegna alla sostituzione dei prodotti ora acquistati e ivi riportati esclusivamente a seguito di uno dei seguenti eventi:1. Rapina avvenuta quando il prodotto si trovi:1.1 nell’abitazione (residenza anagrafica) dell’Assicurato;1.2. nella dimora saltuaria dell’assicurato durante i periodi in cui vi soggiorna;2. Furto e rapina avvenuti strappando il prodotto indossato all’Assicurato;3. Distruzione del prodotto causata da incendio.

CHIMENTO GIOIELLIERI undertakes to replace products purchased and registered as of today solely in one of the following events:1. Robbery when the product is:1.1. in the home (permanent residence) of the Insured;1.2. in the temporary place of abode of the insured during the periods in which the same is staying there;2. Snatch theft or robbery of the product while worn by the Insured;3. Destruction of the product by fire.

Il presente certificato:

• È personale e quindi valido esclusivamente se, al momento dell’evento coperto dal presente certificato, il prodotto era ancora di proprietà ed in possesso dell’Acquirente e/o destinatario e/o suoi familiari;• È valido nel Mondo Intero;• È valido per prodotti il cui valore unitario non supera€ 100.000 (centomila/00) IVA inclusa;

This certificate:• is personal and is therefore valid solely if, at the time the event covered by this certificate occurred, the product was still owned and in possession of the Purchaser and/or recipient and/or his/her family;• is valid Worldwide;• is valid for products whose unit value does not exceed€ 100,000 (one hundred thousand/00) inclusive of VAT;

• Non copre il danno parziale al prodotto, anche se determinato da tentativo di furto, rapina o incendio.• E’ valido per 18 (diciotto) mesi dalla data di spedizione del presente certificato a mezzo di raccomandata A/R a ACROS Srl.• E’ valido solo se la copia destinata al Broker del presente certificato viene spedita entro 30 giorni dalla data dell’acquisto a ACROS Srl.

• does not cover partial damage to the product, even if caused by attempted theft or robbery or by fire;• is valid for 18 (eighteen) months from the date this certificate is sent by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt to ACROS Srl;• is only valid if the Broker’s copy of this certificate is sent within 30 days from the date of purchase to ACROS Srl.

Qualora si verifichi uno degli eventi coperti da questa garanzia, l’acquirente dovrà fornire entro 30 giorni dall’evento, la seguente documentazione a mezzo Raccomandata A/R, pena il decadimento del diritto di sostituzione, a:ACROS Srl – via G. Marconi, 62 – 37122 Verona – Italy1. Copia della denuncia fatta all’Autorità Giudiziaria;2. Copia del presente certificato di sostituzione.

Questo certificato non potrà essere emesso dopo il31 Ottobre 2013, pena la nullità dello stesso.

Should one of the events covered by this guarantee occur, the purchaser must send the following documentation within 30 days after the event, otherwise the right to replacement is lost, by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt to:ACROS Srl – via G. Marconi, 62 – 37122 Verona – Italy1. Copy of the report made to the Judicial Authorities;2. Copy of this certificate of replacement.

This certificate may not be issued after 31 October 2013, when it will become invalid.
